Mikescott233 At the end of week 2 and all’s going well so far with 4/6 germinations above ground. Days are only getting longer now and weather has been largely warm this past week with no further rain showers and moderate winds. Prepping 20lt bags now to carry the germinations through their vegetative state. Hopefully Mexican Airlines will pull through this next week.

Mikescott233 Very satisfied with the results this week. Some intermittent rain but lots of sun and warmer temperatures have given a great boost to their germination and vegetative progress. Daylight hours steadily increasing. Allowing a little time for their root development before transplanting into 30lt bags which will become their permanent home.

Mikescott233 A great week with intermittent rain showers and slightly warmer temperatures as we approach summer. Plants are up to their second and third nodes. Nutrients and water are balanced with no discoloration or flaccidity presenting on any of the plants.

Mikescott233 Now we’ll into their vegetative stage all four plants are healthy, strong and growing well. Less rain and wind this week. The plants are all sprouting their fourth nodes and almost ready for transplanting to their 20lt bags.
Mikescott233 Now we’ll into their vegetative stage all four plants are healthy, strong and growing well. This week the seedlings were transplanted to their 20lt bags so some stress from the move is to be expected.
A much windier week for the plants and some buttressing of the stems were required. Less rain. The plants are all sprouting their side nodes.
Mikescott233 Now we’ll into their vegetative stage all four plants are healthy, strong and growing well. This week the seedlings have been establishing themselves in their new 20lt bags. Weather has been fair. Some wind, no rain and warmer days ahead. I’m watering once daily at this stage and including vermicast from my worm farm in the water for additional nutrition. Snail pellets have been sprinkled over the surface of the soil just to protect the plants from the many snails around at the moment. I’m very happy with the progress on the whole, now two months in to this grow. The plants are all sprouting their side nodes which are developing well. I haven’t done any trimming at this stage.
Mikescott233 Now entering their flowing stage, these autos have not been topped or pruned in any way but are growing out naturally. Well established plants, they remain in a protected space from occasional wind. Scents from the plants are becoming more noticeable now as well. Weather continues to warm as the days grow longer. Plants remain well watered once daily, interspersed with a solution made up from the worm farm vermicast.

Mikescott233 Topped up the soil in their pots and frequent watering. Buds appear to be developing well with these plants. Fastberry has the strongest odor whilst the California Snow appears to be in a world and cycle of its own. The Gluberry plants appear to be performing best from a size perspective having taken over now from the Fastberry. Weather has been warm to hot and no rain this week.
Mikescott233 Week ten was punctuated with a massive rain storm. The plants came through well enough despite my concerns about the excessive rain and wind. Having planted two other Gluberries in direct sunlight and wind I realize now I may have been too protective over these plants. While they are doing well, being my first outdoor grow, comparing them against my other Glyberries they could have done with more direct sunlight. The stems on my other grow in direct sunlight are far thicker. Still, the plants are all heathy and pest free so far. Bud developments are progressing well.

Mikescott233 The last heavy rains fell this week, together with occasional strong gusts of wind. Growth has stopped now as the buds continue to develop nicely. No real developments beyond that. Plants all remain disease free. Scattered snail pellets keep the plants free of harmful insects and snails.
Mikescott233 Good sunlight, reduced wind speeds. Great for bud development. Not much further to report. Plants all healthy, just waiting for the time to harvest.👍🏼

Mikescott233 My Gluberry autos have been the best performing outdoor grows this round. Under the exact same conditions the Fastberry started off very well but stagnated and its bud development has been limited and disappointing. The California Snow just never gained any traction and though it’s buds are developing well it’s a stunted plant. The Gluberries thrives and the ones I planted 4 weeks later in direct sunlight and wind have done even better.
