Kush n' Cookies CBD - First grow

Just starting out with my very first grow! Lots of things will be sub optimal here, but I'm trying my best with a very limited budget. The grow is in a spare utility closet. 70/30 mix of Coco/Perlite. No ventilation other than the door opening to check on it and/or water. Combined with a California summer means high temps and low humidity. Light is a Viparspectra 450W (200W actual). Right now it's in a nursery pot but its final destination is a 5gal smart pot. All EC values I give will be in uS/cm, NOT mS/cm. I apologize for any out of focus photos in the beginning. Getting my phone's camera to focus on the little sprout is surprisingly difficult! During the plant's early life, the nute water base will be distilled water as my tap water is pretty awful (335 EC). As mentioned earlier, I'm trying to keep costs low, so as my EC allowance grows further into veg, I will switch back to tap water and suffer the consequences of using a little less nutes. Who knows, maybe it won't be so bad? Maybe cut a little CalMag out and do a supplemental CalMag foliar spray. Will have to invest in a RO filter at some point down the line.... I'm also going to be doing a full strength dose of Armor Si throughout the plants entire life to help with heat tolerance. I am very curious to see how much it does or doesn't help. Day 3 - Water, ph'ed tap water Day 4 - Water at 400 EC Day 5 - Water at 440 EC Day 6 - Water at 500 EC - Light lowered to 34" Day 7 - Water at 540 EC
