Done 2nd circle of topping. 4 new branches from week 3 after 1st topping been topped again. So should be good for scrog. Planning to assemble scrog net for next week. Length 215cm, and 62cm wide. 5 plants

Kind of looks like Powdery Mildew, it can form even in low humidity. Zoomed in on some pics, looks fuzzy vs typical trichomes. Just from what I see, may be different to your eye
