This is my 1st scrog grow and my 1st grow with this set up. Room dimensions are 5'x5'x8' grow footprint is 3'2" wide x 5' long 16sqf total. I used 2.4" bird netting for the trellis. I-power 600w HPS 6" hood, 12,000btu AC, dehumidifier with humidistat, cO2 tank and timed valve, 18" oscillating fan, mylar on the walls. I also use a 400mg O3 generator for oder and sterilization. I've woven a perforated tube through the netting to direct cO2 right to the canopy. I'm hand watering her 5 min before the lights turn on every day with filtered water + nutes, flushing every 13 days.
Definitely should have flowered her much earlier then I did, probably a week to 10 days sooner would have kept her height better controlled. I've already chalked it up to burning the tops but I don't mind to much since she's being used to make concentrate anyways. Any input is welcomed 😊
I decided to tie back the top colas to try and avoid the tops burning especially if they remained directly under the light. It opens up the inner center part of the plant a lot as well which is cool and i can't wait to see how she finishes.
Day 57 and that's a 33.8oz spring water bottle for size reference. Video's are day 58. I'm going to ice water her tonight and then keep her in straight darkness for 72hrs and then harvest. She's a beast for sure. You can definitely see an increase in trichromes in the 4 days of total darkness started with it's 1st and final ice water flush abd no more water for 3 days or untill I harvest.
First rough trim. REALLY great harvest, minimal popcorn nugs all in the circle dry discs, excellent density with a mild aroma of strawberries and cream. Drying for 14 days @50% RH, temp @ 65°, oscillating fan on low, in total darkness. Final weight TBA
Overall everything went to plan, harvest was great and this medicine is of super quality! I would definitely recommend this Pakistani chitral kush CBD 25:1 strain to all those seeking relief from stress, depression and anxiety, with a low munchies effect.
So far so good. Day 15 and she is a beast for sure. I lollipoped everything starting from the net down and then did a massive defoliation from the top. This grow is definitely looking great.
