Looks to me like your soil mix was too hot. I think there's quite an excess of nitrogen there.... I'm sorry to say I don't think there's anything you can do except feed it plain water now often and watch her grow, I don't think its ever going to be a big boy. Maybe it was a seed with dodgy genetics? Maybe your light isn't as powerful as it should be?
