I'm a bit lost with this grow time wise in this diary but everything seems to be coming along ok. I am using NPK industries schedule with compost tea this week moving onto flowering week 6 ๐

Yes you are good to top. Recommendation is 4 to 5 nodes to start topping. Your plant is growing it's 6th node. Also u should not top flush and leave a little nub beging. Makes it strong at that point so when u do training your main stem does not split.
