Your plant looks ok , no signs of excess , deficiencies or sickness. As you are growing outdoor you should wait for the days to be shorter to see the inductions of flowering.
Yes your plants are in transition stage to flower. Give it Two or three weeks you will start to see white hairs then little budlets. But in pics the color of your plant looks a little pale like it needs some nitrogen. Just my opinion. Hope this helps
Your ok. Be patient . She will make it, 16 hours and under of sunlight will flower. Look at her , shes showing sex about to pre-flower. Your in the (stretch) phase, don't be surprised to see explosive growth. Keep it up! Excellent job btw 🌲💨🌲💨🌲💨😀
