The seedling that hasn't opened you can try using an eyedropper put a few drops of distilled water or clean water on her to soften what ever is keeping her stuck.

No worries she'll will fall off. U can take two finger nails stick them underneath both side point on shell and pull out not up then lift. Hope this helps
