Mephisto Gold Glue LED Organic Run

I'll be popping 2 seeds of the Gold Glue and in a month I'll be starting 2 of the Sour Crinkle to start getting my rotation tuned in. I'll update this when the seeds are sprouted, just wanted to get it ready. ***UPDATE 9/28*** Seeds have sprouted and are now in the root riot cubes with some mykos on a thermostat controlled heat mat set to 80. Will move into 5 gallon air pots once they have sprung. ***UPDATE 9/29*** Seeds have broken through the "ground" of the root riot cubes. They should be stretching and ditching their helmets today or tomorrow and then the actual week 1 starts. ***UPDATE 9/30*** Seeds have sprouted and dropped their helmets. Week 1 has officially started. I have put them in 5 gallon air pots from Maxx Yield. (maxxyield.com) I highly recommend this company. I tried another company and the pots I got were flimsy and broke apart when I tried to lock them with the screw things. The Maxx Yield pots are sturdy and the bases for them are great. They are arched and lift the pots off the discs so that they dont sit in water when there is runoff from feeding. I will be using these from now on. soil: the top half of the pot is Bush Doctor Coco Loco with Mykos mixed in (3 tbsp) the bottom of the pot is Fox Farm Ocean Forest with Mykos mised in (3tbsp) I read about doing this for autoflowers on the Mephisto Genetics website and have been wanting to try it out so figured what better time than with my first Mephisto grow

Getting some good healthy plant already. They definitely don't need much water at all. I watered the soil and coco really well when i put the buckets together and have only had to water them once in the past week, giving each pot 1/4 gallon of just straight tap water. Temps are higher than I'd like but they are too small for me to turn my fans on in my tent. In another week or so I should be able to turn on my forced air intake and my filter to help compensate and bring it back down. Regardless these plants growth rate is outstanding. This is my first @mephistogenetics run and I can already tell you I'll be doing many more. Slowly adding nutrients. I'm trying out Dutch Pro Autflower A+B this run, with the standard CALiMAGic for cal+mag, Mammoth P microbes, and Terpinator. I gave them each 1/4 gallon this morning since the soil was very dry

These girls are boomin! They have explosively grown all week. They still are only taking 1/2 gallon of water and feed every 3-4 days. Still have to leave the intake and filter off because humidity is so low with it on, even with my humidifier. No smell yet but I'd imagine in the next week or two I'll have to start using the filter and intake. I'll probably be adding another humidifier to the room when I turn those on. Without the humidifier it drops down to 37% humidity which is insane low. Added lights off pics one day apart from the lights on pics. The growth is very evident, even day to day.

Explosive growth over the past 7 days. Comparing last week to this week its insane. Kept up the nutrients, they are feeding everyother day no and loving it as you can tell from the healthy color and structure. They havent gotten much taller but the density of the leaves are insane. I'm not doing any training this go just to see how they respond to natural growth.

I was out of town and had a buddy feed for me. He sent me these pictures last Sunday and I couldn't believe how fast the pistils are growing. I get the feeling this will be a fantastic harvest. Had to turn the filter on because you can smell them outside the room already. Very gassy.

Tons and tons of budsites on these plants. They are responding well to the bloom nutrients and the increase in terpinator. These are possibly the stinkiest plants I've ever been around. I have a filter on the room but as soon as you unzip the tent the smell is overwhelming.

Gold Glue is pacing on weight and trichs. Not too much happened this week. With winter here I am going to need another humidifier in the tent to keep up with my heater apparently drying out the air. Humidity stays around 50% but it runs out of water like 3x a day so I either need a 2nd or just a humidifier with a drastically larger reservoir. UPDATE 11/17: Holy crap. These girls smell so good. I had to update the post just to let everyone know. Smells like fruity gasoline. @mephistogenetics killed it with this strain. I can't wait to taste it.

The flowers are really starting to stack and thicken up. This is going to be a much more bountiful harvest than I thought previously. The smell is out of this world. creamy berry gasoline. update 11/21: I opened the tent this morning and was inspired to take some updated pics and a couple videos showing the entire plants. I am just amazed with these @mephistogenetics I highly doubt I will ever use another seed company again. Just the progress they have made in the past 3 days has me a believer for sure. 45 days in and they have some amazing weight on them already. I'm guessing these will be between 50 and 75g dry weight per plant when done, Even the side branches are stacking up some nice fat nugs, bigger than golf balls already.

11/25 - day 49 - Gold Glue is definitely my favorite strain to have had the honor of growing so far. She is large, healthy, and has had absolutely no issues. The smell coming from my tent is so strong an 8in inline fan with a brand new charcoal filter cant mask it all the way. Lucky for me, she smells so much like berries and fresh flowers that no one has said a peep, not even my stoner friends that come hang out. A few side branches have such heavy buds that they needed supporting so I've put them against the wall to be held up. She is definitely a big heavy plant

12/2/2017 - Day 57 - I started feeding them 2x a day, 1/2 gallon each feeding. They are very thirsty and the buds on the side branches are so heavy on both plants that they are almost breaking. I've been bracing them and its helping. They are very resinous already and absolutely caked in crystals. One more week of feed, I think, and then its flush flush flush! 12/5/2017 - Day 60 - one of the lowers broke off last night under its own weight. I have it hanging in my closet. This one lower branch has at least 8-10 grams (dried). I cant believe how heavy this plant is! 12/6/2017 - Day 61 - flush mode has been activated. they ripened up over the past 24 hours. A week of pure water should finish them off perfectly

12/9/2017 - Day 64 - Flushing has worked wonders. They are pumping out crystal and new smell like crazy right now. I will be tracking down more of these seeds immediately. My favorite strain so far to grow, and from the tester nug I smoked off that branch that broke off last week, wow. It has 0 cure on it and already tastes like straight up gas on the inhale and berries on the exhale. Mephisto killed it with this strain. And its a producer. That small branch ended up being almost 9g dried. I plan on flushing for at least another 3 days until i get some good fade on the leaves and then I'll be pulling em down. The trichs are almost 100% white so when 50-75% hit amber they'll get the chop

Everything about this strain is amazing. It grew very easily, requiring no additional nutrients and having no deficiencies. P2 (the one I harvested) was short and bushy but had some massive buds all over it. I dont think I have anything smaller than a golf ball. The test branch that broke off a few weeks ago is any indication of how it will dry, they will be very dense, almost rock hard, and caked in crystals even after a trim. P1 was a massive plant, 30 inches tall, with 15 giant cola budsites and tons of golf ball sized buds on the underside of the branches. If I had used something to support her she probably would have doubled her already massive buds. Ended up with 102g from p1 and 90 from p2. 0
