First time grow, bag seed

@@Ssomeguy,damn, I did not know that mate, I knew some of what Monsanto and such were up too, it's absolutely sickening what big corporate money gets away with now...

@I_and_I, Well shit, I probably should've said "destroying" instead, since they most often do even worse stuff, like using a bunch of chlorpyrfiros or whatever "wonderful" habitat destroying, xenoestrogenic phosphonate garbage Bayer-Monsanto, Dow-DuPont, Syngenta, etc are pushing as safe sustainable agriculture. That is, the American govt, destroyed plantations in Swaziland, with that chemical shit and other means, over at least a 5 year period (from 2000-2005).

@@Ssomeguy,that's cool man, I'm the same, I have a load of seeds saved from good strains I've smoked over the years, I'm real happy with the way the dice rolled on them Funny you should say that about the ruderalis hybrids etc, I defo had one of them in the seeds I popped, I nerd to look out the picture of I, its leaves were almost like oak tree shaped, I didn't know about that burning of plantations across the world.. I'll look into that some more, thanks for the info

@WillyWonka,mate tell me about it haha, I love amnesia so much, its one of my all time favs too, I was so chuffed when one of the plants started to smell like it, cant wait to try it I grew a random mix of seeds and coz it was my first grow I had no idea how the sativa dominant strains would stretch too so much, the one I think is Gg4 is the tallest and it grew right into my light but I just monster cropped it, I was real scared before doing it but once I had I realised how easy it was to fold the branches the way you want, you can even crisscross them over each other, the tops turn back up to the light within a day or two, and even the nugs turn themselves up to the light I had zero problems with the sativa, but the dense indicas I got bud rot in two plants in the biggest colas, caught it early and changed my airflow system, bud rot was terrifying, so because sativas structure stops bud rot, id say they were easier to grow

@I_and_I, daaaaamn friend I’m so jealous! It’s my favourite strain I’ve ever had, I can recognise the smell immediately. The only think that’s put me off is the height of Sativas and their higher nutrient intake. Should I go for it?

@WillyWonka,thanks mate, much appreciated :) yeah you are right about the amnesia, I've smoked a lot of it over the years, I think I know which seller this came from too because of the particular round heads on the nugs, and it was the best amnesia I ever had 😂😂 fingers crossed it is that one

@@JP148,hahaha that finger hash was so sick, but unfortunately one night whilst wasted I knocked my tray jnto my kitchen sink like a fool by mistake, and forgot all the finger hash had been jn the try and I turned the tap on and washed all the crushed up stuff from the bottom of the tray forgetting about that hash and washing it away lol I got a good bit of smoking out it before this tho :)

@Fitzwell, in the end I added a 240w 301b twin quantum board and a 240w twin citizen cree cob, with the 200w Chinese light totalling 680w, I also had a uvb /uvb light bulb also that I turned off after reading about botrytis using uvb to grow when I had bud rot in week 8.. Hopefully next grow I should be jamming from the get go The 301qb was 3500k and the cree cobs were 3000k I believe What really prolonged it was starting from scratch and winging it at every turn buying stuff as a went etc, next grow I have everything cept soil ready to roll, should be a far more stable environment, to cut down grow time, I can see how the grow bags are sick too

@GorillaGrowin, thanks mate :) it was about halfway through week 8 I had the bud rot in two plants in the centre of the tent, at the time they were the biggest colas, both indica shaped plants, very dense colas surrounded by a ring of mini colas, further hindering air circulation, also the weather went through a warm wet patch here, there was a period of heavy heavy rain all week plus unusually warm temps, including at night, I'm in Scotland so it's generally pretty cold at night but was sitting around 15C at night, the perfect temperatures for botrytis/bud rot, plus the inadequate air circulation and weak extractor fan, I caught it fairly early, and watched them like a man possessed whilst I arranged better air ventilation, over 4-5 days I found it in two plants, chopped the colas and saved what I could, lost maybe a half oz odds so really not to bad, I continued to grow the plants who's colas I chopped coz they weren't ready yet, chopping in a couple days and no bud rot the two weeks since :) Haha, good name, that's an idea, naming the plants women's names :) Royal gorilla looks sick, been looking at the seeds, goodluck with that one

@ThrashedTV_BakedByGlaze, same can't wait to taste it, haha, I'm not sure I've ever had those strains over the years, maybe black dog but defo not black tuna, tho you never know, so many made up names of stuff you buy 😂😂 Trying to think what purple bud I've had over the years... Most recently it was captains cake, and it was mind blowing :)

@ChefDan420, for real mate, months work, that is horrendous loss of work and time.. I hope fingers crossed I don't have to many seeds through the other plants, I think from what I've seen I should be cool, I cut down a runt plant last week coz it had nanners but looking at it dried now I think I've found one seed only
