bunkyad Got this seed a freebie, so thought I'd do a photoperiod next. Using Canna Coco Pro Plus with a 50/50 perlite mix, just 1 this time. Think I'll concentrate on one and try and get a bigger yield this time. Used a really weak nutrient solution to get the coco wet and popped the seed in. I'll let the roots establish before starting again with autopot.
I'm going to try some manifolding for this grow. Hopefully it turns out alright.
I'm treating week 1 starting from sprouting this time round, to help properly gauge veg and flower time.

bunkyad Got some weird leaf shapes going on. I suspect it's because of the cold so I've got a little heater to go in the tent now to maintain temperatures overnight.

bunkyad Up to node 4 so far, waiting for the 6th to become established before doing the first top and defoliation.

bunkyad Done the first top now. Got up to beyond 6 nodes, so chopped it back and did the defoliation. Staked it down, and will see how it will it recovers. Fingers crossed.
bunkyad Got a slight split where I LST'd one branch, left it a little and it was still progressing nicely. Taped it too just to make sure, but so far so good. Hasn't even slowed down growth wise. Each day, no matter what I've done it'll be bigger, and everything points upwards nicely.
I was originally going to go with the Nugbuckets method for the mainline/manifold, but it extends the veg time SO much, I've decided to go with the Nebula method.
The 4th node is already developing, so in a few days it'll be ready to top for the last time and then wait for it to grow some height before flipping to flower.

bunkyad Finished topping last week, so concentrating on the LST now to get it in the right shape. I'll be taking some of the bottom fan leaves off as the canopy at the top starts to develop. Really impressed with this strain, whatever I throw at it, it just bounces right back.
bunkyad Finally getting towards the end of a long veg period, lights have been flipped to 12/12 now. Hopefully see some flowering action soon. Just keeping on top of the foliage and trimming off fan leaves that are blocking any light down to the bottom.
bunkyad So lighting has been flipped, flowering nutes are in the tank for the Auto Pot. I'm just keeping on top of trimming any hand sized fan leaves off, and some from the middle that are blocking light down to the base. I've had to deliberately try and keep this quite short height wise because my tent is only 1m tall. I might have to upgrade for the next grow. Hoping for a little bit of stretch during flowering, but hopefully not too much.
