First time Indoor grower here! I know i HAD to start off with the best around - Smoothie Auto from Fastbuds. Lets get some! soaked 2 beans in reverse osmosis water for just over 24hrs - both beans split. moved the seeds into some cotton wool for 48 hours. The seeds went straight into their final pots (0.5cm deep) with a cheap DIY humidity dome over them😂

Week no.2. They are going well. 2 totally different phenotypes 😍 excited to see how they come out. Topped the soil up to support their little stems better when I start to train them in the near future 💪 They also got their first watering, a small 100ml each.

Week 3: (Sorry for the image order, still getting the hang of this) These girls have shown some good growth over the course of the week👀 The girls got their first feel for some training. They responded beautifully and bounced right back very quickly 💪 I did over water them a bit😅🤫 but once again, they recovered nicely. The freedom farms soil seems to be what these babies need. They are not showing any deficiencies yet - I have only been giving them RO water. So far, I would recommend freedom farms soil if you don't have the time to cook your own mixture. (Please let me know in the comments section if you know of a good soil recipe) Their grow box is still in the process of being built, I need to do it right. So they will be in their new home shortly🙈

Week 4 (sorry for the delay) The babies got their first feed of Seagro☺️ a light mixture, they didn't seem to be put off by the foul smell and slurped it up🤤(500ml water each) A bit more lst was needed, so I gave it to them. They seemed to be showing their growth a lot more now🔥 Let's see what week 5 has install for us😍

Week 5 - The growth has been absolutely astonishing this past week! The babies need training almost every other day now💪 By the pictures, you would swear it's a whole different plant😲 The girls are also in their final home😍 it's about time. Although the soil does seem to dry out a bit faster now, perhaps it's their crazy growth that is sucking the soil dry or its the different environment that will require a heavier watering schedule 🤷 either way, very easy to adjust to🙋‍♀️ Seagro has been given every other watering, they seem to be okay with it so may try up the mixture to the recommended ratio 🤔

Week 6 - The girls are vegging for longer than j expected😲 but I don't mind. More growth is good😌 I started spraying the under side of the leaves with a neem oil solution and then turn off the lights for 12hrs once a week - just as a preventative measure. Training is still needed every second day, along with some defoliating after training to try get light to the branch's that need to catch up. Gotta give every branch a chance😊😅 On a contradictory note; I am considering taking off the smaller side-side-side branch's so that energy is given to the stronger sites. Does anyone have thoughts on that? Watering has increased a lot! I am now feeding with Seagro every watering at full recommended strength 💦 (5ml / litre of water) I have had an issue trying to keep the humidity up this week. But have made a temporary solution until I can get a nice little humidifier and air-cooler 💨 The girls are showing signs of flower! But only late in the week, so I will switch my diaries to Flowering from week 7 onwards

Week 7 - And we are flowering 💐 I feel like she has already stretched, her growth has slowed down🙈 I did one more small defoil and removed all the lower bud sites that would not be worth keeping. Been blessed with some good RH levels this week😍 (I'm battling to keep the RH % up consistently) I will try get my hands on some bloom booster in the next few days. Something organic 🤔 🌱 Not much is going on, let's just watch these buds put on some weight. (I think em thick😉)

Week 8 - Things are slowing down a bit in the box now, time to fatten up some nugs💪 The environment has had quite large fluctuations this past week, yet the FastBuds Smoothie auto just carries on doing her thang 😎💁‍♀️ A few leaves need to go to get some direct light onto the buds🌱 I have been very worried about over watering, but they have not showed any signs of being over watered, so I am increasing the frequency quite a bit and the girls are just drinking it all up! They love it. Bloom boost is also being mixed in ever 2nd watering in a low solution, So let's see how that goes👀

Week 9 - Autopilot mode: Check.✔️ The girls are just doing their thing. Temperature has been increasing, but luckily the RH has been down a bit (saves me from stressing about bud rot a bit) If these girls were to sit at a pub, they will be drunk as a skunk EVERYDAY. Go easily with the Bloom Boost🙈 caught some of my other smoothies getting a bit of a nute lockout just from 1 feeding😬😩 But all in all. She is still a forgiving plant, I personally think it's down to @fastbuds amazing genetics 🌱 A few more short weeks left👀

Week 11 - The temperatures have been great this past week! Quite humid though, but that's alright for now. The girls seem to have loved the consistent week, they are showing their appreciation 😍 They did not get water for 3 days over the weekend, but they showed now signs of being upset about it. But they are sucking up what ever h2o they receive 👀🙌 They are very forgiving. But just be very gentle with the nutrients! (Keep it organic too😉)

Week 12 - Once again, this week has been blessed with great temperatures. The much needed rain has arrived, and it has arrived in force!💪 Although...... The RH of the external air is making its way into the box too 😰 Just keeping the extractor on and lots of air movement 🙈 Besides my faults. The girls aren't showing much signs of any deficiencies 🤷 although they aren't packing on too much weight 🙈 perhaps I should have had the light closer to the buds.... Stronger feedings even..

The RH% has been slightly high this week, but with enough air circulation through these girls buds, we should be good💪 No signs of bugs which has been great, I have stopped the neem spray preventive measures when the buds started🙈 Just keeping the feeding and environment consistent and they are just doing their thing😍

The colours on the girls are really showing🤤 They are bulking up fast! But I'm not to surprised because they are Pretty on time according to the FastBuds site👀 but I'm sure we will go over by a few days🤷🙌 The one girl is starting to foxtail slightly, so she may get the chop before the others! Trichomes are coming along, very few are amber, some still very clear🤷 some getting milky, so the chop is close.

what an absolute pleasure to grow! I dont think the 24hr light cycle was the best for them. a good 4hours of dark would allow some more root growth.

I was moving my life to a new town. i was only able to get to see the girls every now and again, Between feedings, my fan gave in and the bud rot hit. And boy did it spread quite fast😔 I lost a lot of bud. but have also learnt some valuable lessons! i will focus more on the main bud sites and clear the rest off (helping airflow and larger main colas)

Hi mate. if it is any help. I am using a great product for keeping living soil replenished called Ecothrive charge. ( mealworms frass) and a bennie tea that soesnt need brewing called biosys by same company. I am in their living soil too. They do a range of living soul amendments that are breaking records for fruit and veg growers too. there is a pic in my journal of their products I use. ( not sure which one currently but is there.l) All about the soil life and is reasonable price too. Once you finish there is life-cycle too that replenished spent soul with fresh bennies and life for a repeat cycle. designed for easier no-till. If you put some straw mulch on top of your pots , it will keep the moisture in better and also kick off the vermicomposting process on the top layer. Living soils thrive in this . looking great in there mate. am on the same strains too, only 2 weeks in though and usually a photoperiod guy but these strains and autos had to be done. Has been a great help looking at your progression through the weeks to know mine are normal at this point and will reach a position as yours have. nice job
the end.
