Welcome to week one of my Powerplant XL by Zambeza seeds diary,
Let's see what the Powerplant does this end of the year, this will be a challenge, here in Holland/the Netherlands the weather can be bad sometimes.
I have faith in Zambeza's stable genetics, so everything will be ok (i hope)
Welcome to week 2 of my Powerplant XL by Zambeza Seeds diary
A bit bad weather outside, so most of the week the flower stays in the house
Already a bit of smell noticable, so that smells promising (LoL i'm going to regret this in a later stage when flowering is further, i wont be able to keep it in the house anymore).
Growth is good, a little bit insects that ate from the leaf a bit... planning to plant some coriander, gonna buy some in the local supermarket.
-added some guano to the soil, a total of 5 tablespoons, like 10vm/3inch deep
-added some cow fertilizer to the soil, 2 tablespoons topdressed
-added some chicken fertilizer to the soil 1 tablespoon topdressed
That should be sufficient for more than one round, and enough for the coming round after...
after all, it's bat guano, as long as there are enough nutrients in the soil, your soil will hardly degrade.
Welcome to my Powerplant XL auto by Zambeza Seeds indoor/outdoor diary
Tonight a bit rainy and cold so i put her inside the house together with the white cheese
daytime is good temperature, but at night we're having 12 degrees celcius, it's better to put 'm inside at night
she had a good stretch last week, i think she will develop some nice fan leaves coming week and hopefully some big stretching again.
Almost october, winter is nearing in our part of europe (Holland) i'm hoping to finish this one outdoor,
Welcome to week 4 of my Powerplant XL by Zambeza Seeds
Disaster happened last week, a bunch of thrips attacked the plant, and the weather was very hard, so near to now growth progression.
Just waiting for recovery, let's keep our fingers crossed.
Welcome to week 5 of my
Powerplant XL Auto by
Zambeza Seeds
This week she was busy with recovery, and it looks like she's recovering well
Nice new leaf growth which is showing nice and clean, and still growing hard with 12degrees celcius.
This is maximum genetics test, this cold, mosts strains would stop growing.
I'm hoping for having the oppurtunity to flower this outdoor, so we can taste a bit of the outdoor autumn/winter weed.
Welcome to week 6 of my
Powerplant XL by Zambeza seeds diary
on 12 degrees celcius
i put her inside today, recovered well from thrips, doing well with the cold,
later tonight i put her outside again.
I think this one will survive outside, when it get's too cold and windy i put it indoor
Welcome to my Powerplant XL by zambeza diary
i took her inside to recover a bit from the cold....
nearly no growth last week, it's normal with cold condition.
i'll let it finish anyway. i know i'll harvest more than 5 grams so it's better than abandoning it
LoL
Welcome to week 8, diary of
Powerplant XL Auto by Zambeza Seeds
Recovered very well after thrips and freezing
i hope it doesn't finisht next week or so, since it is an auto.
good chance to learn the genetics
i wanted it to flower outdoor, i could, but i would have to wait another 2-3 months for the finish.
i put it indoor so i can smoke some in a couple of weeks
Welcome to week 9
i applied hst to keep it a bit low since i'll flower this one indoor
it won't give much weed, but showed me how strong this plant is
it would flower if i'd leave it outdoor, but it would take ages to flower, like now a bit..
Welcome to week 11 of my diary of the
Powerplant XL
heavy cold stress, wind stress and more, survived good, but difficulties with budding.
waiting to finish
Hi, welcome to my diary of the
Powerplant xl by zambeza seeds
still looks screwed, but luckily almost finished
never let this plant below 5 degrees celcius
--update
i'm not updating coming week, it's almost finished and most of the mildew left/dissapeared, hope to harvest soon
@Doktorholland, had a couple of weeks 3-5 degrees celcius outdoor, at the last moment i put it indoor under light, but i think the switch to strong lights was too much of a shock too, smell is awesome though, i'm letting it finish near the window, so the couple of grams i'll harvest will be a delicacy.
