Advance nutrient is a very good fertilizer.
However, it is extremely expensive in Japan.
But I will continue to use Advance.

You need to veg them longer, at least 30 cm, with 18 hours / 20 / 24 hours of light. Flowering only after 30 cm, you won't get results with photoperiods, what I think your seed is. Flowering with 13-11 hours of light.

@chappy4350, couple of weeks could make it 2, it's also more comfortable for the plant. You'll get more worth for your nutrients too.
