From this week I'll start adding general hydroponics flora nutrients + calmag.
leaves were curling downward due to much light that's why I lowered it in the grow box and as cups were translucent alage started to grow around cup wall from inside, I ended up painting the cups black and also made a small cover to stop light falling directly on medium.
I lowered down the pot in the box as earlier light was falling from 6 sides which confused the plant and growth leaves was improper now they are coming back to normal!
It was planted in a very small 100ml cup to stunt it as it will grow slowly which will help me to maintain the height as I just have 25cm height in grow box. So it's good as of now, I'll transplant it soon in slightly bigger container after 4th node.
4th node is here also she is showing signs of root bound, I'll transplant her today itself and update how she reacted in the next 4th week.
Transplanted her this week as the strech time is here and she was showing signs of root bound. It's recovering from the shock.
She recovered from transplant shock and I pinched her top to slow down vertical growth. Bottom leafs are dying. She has started to strech while leafs are weird as they are getting light from all sides and can't grow in one single light source direction.
She has entered flowering stage and she almost out growed the box. I pinched her top which resulted in bud split. She going thorough lot of stress lately.
The plant became very tall and ended up hitting the exhaust fan. Now it hash toped herself again and buds will split. Also there's development at bud sites. I'll make an attachment to increase the height of the box
Day 56: she is stunted badly, buds are still airy. I have 10 days left as I have to leave this place by that time. So she has only 10 days to gain weight. I wish i had more time.
The goal of this grow was to keep it stealthy af and not about yield as I couldn't grow in a big set up at the place I live and something is better than nothing. I already had nutrients, seeds, exhaust fan, sonoff timer also the electricity is free. I spent roughly Rs1000 extra that's $15 on the light, driver and box.
I won't say this grow was successful, but I'm still happy. This was an autoflower which got stressed a lot due to taproot damage, transplant shock, high temperature, in the beginning, the top hitting fan twice, root-bound and no water when I was out for few days which resulted in turning it airy and foxtailed with slow growth. Still, I learned a lot, and it's hard to grow a tiny in a tiny space compared to the standard plant in normal space. This grow yielded 3.5 grams dried, and that's less than the goal (which was 5 grams), but I'm happy as this was my first ever purple weed grow. The nugs don't have bag appeal as they are foxtailed and airy.
