Ouch about the fan leaf... but your plants have roots.. so I cant see it being a big deal... unless it's an auto.
The Purple stems could be a deficiency... but also could be just the genetics. If the plant is stunted in growth.. then more likely its a deficiency. But if not its genetics. Maybe dont try change anything and monitor for a few days to a week to see if plant stunted.
