Started my next grow. She is healthy and growing strong. A week since I put seed in ground already starting to grow the 3 finger leaves. The one after the first single serrated leaves. Hope stays this strong till the end.
Great week transplanted her in her final pot. She seems to love it. Growing strong. Now it's just keeping soil alive and training other than that it's on cruise mode.
Topped her 2 days after transplant. Seems I can't do anything to slow her down 😄. When her roots hit my living soil they exploited with growth. I had to back grow light an inch seeing small signs of heat stress. But still thriving and loving life. I'm not going to worry to much about it just monitor to make sure it's not progressing.
She took to my training pretty well. I'm going to let her recover for a few days. Then 2nd round of topping. Everything doubles. She showing bit of defeciency but it's cuz of all the stress she been through. Nothing to worry about 😊
Last Saturday (10/19) I had done a second round topping. Not the 4 mains I had lst down. But all those inner shoots that shot up I top for a total of 24 to 28 main colas. She had recovered quickly. I'm also watering my 7 gal pot 1 gal every 7 days which is awesome.
Placed my screen this week almost time to flower in about 2 more weeks. On the 9/24 I trimmed bottom shoots I don't need to put that energy at the top. Im going to leave fan leaves instead of a complete lollipop and let them die naturally.
I have been filling up my scrog. Man look at all those tops 😁! Every time a branch reaches 5 inches above screen I gently pull back underneath and move to the next square. My scrog screen squares are 3"x3". I also been pruning shoots underneath I don't need. It's kind of hard to see them through the foliage but I trying to keep as much leaves as possible unless they yellow or are going to block a bud site.
Super excited this week. This is the last week of veg and will be flowering tonight. I lollipopped yesterday I don't want anything below my screen. I want nice big top buds not larf lol.
This week flowering went good. She is adjusting nicely. I have about one more week of tucking then going to let her be. Hopefully I'll be able to fill my screen.
Just finished up last bit of scrogging I'm a get out of her. Didn't fill up 100% but still great for one plant. I expected more stretch by now but I am pleased. Tomorrow I'm a clean up under screen again to refocus energy up. And not touch her again till the end of week 4 flower.
She is growing strong. I have little budlets formed this week. She is super healthy and enjoying life. Towards the end of week 4 after stretch has stopped I'm going to defoliate her one more time to get better light penetrating. Make sure all growing buds receive the proper light.
Well I finish up last bit of training I'm a put this plant to. From now all I have to do is keep her watered and happy till the end. I did a heavy defoliation yesterday so I can get light to all my bud sites and help with humidity.
I'm just sitting back watching buds grow and get bigger everyday now. Also the frost is packing in nicely. She started to drink a bit more water too this week.
Not much just watching these buds grow. Smell is there but can't quite distinguish yet. I'm not good at describing smells and taste anyways. I started checking trichomes too they are still all small and clear but me personally I like to watch the trichs develope.
Getting closer and closer every day 😁. She is really starting to pack on trichomes. Trichomes are changing to milky white. She is slowing down intake of water. Leaves are yellowing. My estimation to harvest is one week could go two will see🤞
Well the whole grow I have been using nothing but tap water so I decided to give her 1/2 tsp of grandma's black mollases to help her finish out these remaining weeks. Get those buds dense, tasty, smelly. Also I'm switching to distilled water. No flush since I'm growing in a live soil. Loving the purple👌
She is ready I am chopping sat. I would chop tonight but don't have time. I've also been winding her down. For instance Thursday I lowered light intensity by raising grow light up 6 inches. Monday I trimmed all major fan leaves and raised the light another 6 inches.
All I can say is rock hard buds! She didn't yeild that much but it's cuz my first time running this strain. I didn't know how much she would stretch. Yeild would be better if I filled screen 95% with this strain then flip.
Overall buds look fire. Internodes where right. If I have something to complain about is she was a bit leafy. Needs defoliation throughout her life. I will update taste and effect after my cure. I'm going to start my next grow today it will be 4 auto strains (9 total plants) in a 3x3x6 grow tent.
I would like to suggest instead of duct tape go to the pet/aquarium section in Walmart and get some vinyl air tubing it's easy to cut and will slide easily over the wire. I keep Bonsai trees and I use wire to tie my roots to the pot so the tubing prevents the wire from cutting into the roots as they grow.👍
Top DOTM contender, hands down. Been watching for a long time and knew it was going to be good, but this?!?! This is some professional, magazine worthy bud right here. Absolutely crazy what you've been able to accomplish. One plant, one tent. Unbelievable.

Just beautiful man. The purple color on the leaves make it perfect. Very close to done, you're right. Don't know if this strain gonna bulk up in the last week(s) but almost there for sure 😁 happy growing bro
@Clutch, thanks man much love. I wouldn't blame it on the strain more of all the stress I put her through and heavy defoliation I had to do to open her up. I have 4 more seeds and looking forward to growing this strain again.

she's very pretty lady. she stacks so tight she's giving out sunflower vibez. and those pre harvest colors ...omg ! 😻 so pretty. I sure hopes she tastes as nice as she looks. very unique indeed. good job man
They are very resilient and bounce right back, nice! I have only been growing Autos but have not shied away from training, defoliating, topping, loli-popping, just been a fun grow so far, your grow looks amazing!

My next grow will be my first from seed and I'm thinking of grabbing a few extra of those plastic dome lids for slushies/drinks whenever I'm at the right store 😂
Figure I can just place them right on top and spritz through the straw hole until they settle in 👍
@Coconuts, thanks i was worried there for a minute cuz the breeder says I should expect more like 1/3 stretch with this strain. But she filled nicely I'm satisfied
