this week I decided to do a bit of scrog, even though it seems a bit late for that. had no time to order one,so i just figured it out with some string and zip ties. only got to scrog out the branches for about 4 days(cause the flowering stretch is ending any day now),but its really more for support than anything. what i find interesting about this strain compared to my last, the branches seem indestructible. i can bend them in a complete circle and they wont snap, like handling rubber.

not much to say about this week. humidity has been very high, 65-80,i don't have a dehumidifier ,so i just trimmed well tried to keep fans going. i had a slight bit of burn on the tips so filled pale up with water for a day and now were back on regular feedings and fine.

around week 5 of flower, buds seem to be taking their sweet time to beef up,perhaps my trim stunted them a bit. the chrystals smell heavenly, like the orange starburst candies.

Leaves with a potassium deficiency get yellow, brown, or burnt edges and tips. The burnt edges may look a little like nutrient burn, except the affected leaves also start turning yellow in the margins. Yes to much can actually lockout nutrient intake. Flush with pH water and resume but go easy on feeding

not very much happened this week, i flushed out the solution once again and started on some lower nutes(i at least stopped deficiencies from getting worse for now) my humidity still isnt where it should be, were talking 65 in the day and almost 80 at night. so i just trimmed it a bunch in an effort to stop mold or bud rot, i can only hope it works out. dont have the cash for a dehumidifier yet. in good news,i think we got maybe 2-3 weeks left, buds starting to increase in size now.

harvest is approaching! think i will go for another week, then start a 5 day flush. i was giving her less fertilizer after the burning a month back, i didn't realize how little i was giving. turns out i was starving it for a couple weeks. i got a ppm meter and it was sitting at only 260ppm in the reservoir. that's probably going to hurt the yield, but since finding out i brought it up to about 800 and plant seems happier.

this was the crop that got bud rot many months back. at the time i felt to defeated to upload the harvest results, but here they are. it took me so so long to harvest, cause every single bud had to be inspected twice over, and the buds were mostly not developed enough which made trimming even harder. after i threw out every bud that looked sketchy,i had lost about 2 ounces. as for taste and smoke im giving it 5,cause i had to harvest right away when i found bud rot, and thats kind of unfair so i have no idea how it could of been. 5 is average. when i found the bud rot it was in the early white stage.,and i harvested the same day, surprisingly its a smooth smoke despite being harvested 1.5 weeks early and no flushing. honestly the buds smell great, like orange juice, unfortunately im a very paranoid person, and i don't like the idea of smoking buds that were even in the same tent as bud rot. i get high and wonder if im fungus lunging myself. anyways ... i bought a dehumidifier for my current grow (pineapples and shiskaberry) lets hope this is can be a bad example that doesnt happen again, cause no grower deserves this cruel fate :(
