D50: looking great. The side branches are all nice and even, and this plant holds true to the description, short and branchy. Take a look at that one pic and you can see a branch isn't even 2 inches long and it's got branches of its own. Ten more days until flower probably, but I'm going to take a branch or two for cloning. This looks to be a nice plant and I want to keep a cut so I don't feel bad about trying to clone in flower. Cloning gel should come by Friday. And with flower coming up in gonna install the screen soon. This plant is so squat I don't think it'll reach the second net though
D55: switched the tent to 12/12 on Thursday, this is the second full day of flower. This plant started getting light green growth so I gave it a shot of foliar fish and a glug of organic grow. My guess is it's just getting hungry as she wants to stretch.
Got a missed delivery notification for my new screen so I'll have to wait to at least Tuesday.
Isn’t the the yield low compared to the light you used? Or is it just me?
According to what I read on green house seeds website The great white shark should yield about 800g/m2 scrog
@ScroogeMcduck, a meter is 3.2x3.2 ft. I have a 4x4 and fit each plant to roughly a 1x1 area during flowering. There's a little overflow there though. If you expand that out I'd be getting about about 350g per m, which is normal for a cannabis strain. Breeders always pick their best numbers to advertise.
I could have also vegged another two weeks or more because she never really filled the net area before I flipped.
I think the pheno I got in this seed was kind of leafy once I started trimming. I could see how maybe a slightly better pheno would yield closer to 450/500.
My big Kush expanded out would have yielded closer to 600 in m2.
Going back to week 8 it was a little 8inch bush, and in week 9, first of flower it only had 3 branches even touching the yet when I installed it
