I will have four main bud sites, and I'm a little bit worried as some fan leaves are starting to overlap, and the smaller, secondary bud sites are don't get all the light. I will see soon how to fix this.

Hey guys at this stage, I have a doubt. Do I remove the bigger fan leaves, or do I keep them? What Is the difference between the two ways in terms of growth?

Just like Cbalderson60 said, you definitely want to leave those leaves alone. I don't defoliate until the fan leaves are blocking bud-sites or they get thrown into a ScrOG and I shave their legs below the screen, but that's just how I do it. Even with periodic, targeted defoliation, I wouldn't start that until you're at least 10-12" tall, depending on how short you plan on keeping them. Everyone has to find their own way, but I'm just happy to give you the advice that has worked for me. Looking excellent so far and looking forward to seeing how she comes along. Happy Growing!

Hi everybody! I noticed on the newer leaves those light green spots. Do you know what it is? Never happened to me before. Do I have to worry about some nutrient issue? Cheers.

looking like lockout scars. as yu are growing in soil very rare. Iam guessing that you have fertilised into the dry medium =??? as long as it not spreads no big thing... The scars remain. but there is no big damage atm ( girls look healthy) if its getting worser go with aflush and after that a feeding.

Hi @Mrs_Larimar, I was surprised when I saw a growdiaries story on Instagram with my cat! Yes Flipper Is a male, he Is not of a specific breed, but it look like the Norwegian Forest cat. He Is really sweet and loving. He doesn't eat the leaves, just taste and chew them 🤭.

Ah ok @CommanderCannabis, I thought the cabinet could keep record of the data by itself and you downloaded them somehow on pc. I just have two wifi switch and the app, I'm a designer, I like simple things ah ah. 😉 One thing I would like to implement is a screen outside the cabinet (like an old phone or tablet) to monitor the temperatures from outside, quite simple, I will see...

No those fan leaves are still providing energy for the plant. If you removed the fan leaves all you doing is slowing down growth till plant grows more leaves then it will start growing faster again. Now if those leaves where on bottom and top canopy is shading them yes cut them off when showing signs of yellowing. A green leaf is healthy and still benefiting the plant.
