Slight nute burn or light burn to middle plant got gas happy and upper intensity of COBs to 40% last week. Having either mutants, deficiencies, or weird phenotypes something is awkward about each plant and its leaves. Got more coco and perlite mixing 70/30 in as anticipation of transplanting them. Literally took ages measuring wit solo cups 7 to 3 cups😁 and pretty sure I jacked off the count a few times so its other really 68/32 or 72/28. They're small I'm thinking because I was using just coco no perlite to start growing???

Once my seedling have popped and been potted into there container, i tend to give just ph balanced water for the first week then introduce nutrients into the mix from week 2. A lot of growers would recommend using half of what the stated dosage is for the first feed then building up over time to make the requirement for the plant. Every plant/nutrient brand will say different things but your in the right place for some of the bests advice :)

Well you can start light feeding if you use ro water you can start feeding like one or two mills of grow and micro and beneficial bacteria and a root Stimulator and if you using RO water you need cal mag and yeah feed early I’m always feed from day one ☝️ just saying don’t get crazy with it .

@motaman311 has said everything, follow his recommendations. I would just suggest beneficial bacteria’s in the first week, mychorizae, trichodermas, Humic and Fulvic acids.

Ladybugs are your friend. They eat pests. She was there to save you. I have three Optic 4s and am waiting on my Royal Gorilla seeds - due Wednesday. I'll be watching to see what I can learn from you. Apparently I need more gadgets for starters. 😀

Hi @mastermind74! Considering you're growing soilless, you must prepare your medium with a few nutrients before dropping the seeds. Indeed, coco has nothing to offer to the roots, that's why we usually add humic acid, root stimulator, and/or a small dose of Nitrogen, in order to feed the seedling for its first days. I usually start with half of the recommended doses, even with organic nutrients, seedlings can be sensitive so that's a tricky game: not enough nutrients in your coco and the seedling will suffer from deficiencies very quickly, too much nutrients in your coco and the seedling will burn very quickly. By the way, I love your controller, would you please show us some pictures of the fans and eventually a video of the full setup in action? Let me know in the comments section if you need any further information, and happy growing! 👊
