This is a three way grow in different mediums. All Gold Glue, one Coco, One Soil, and One DWC. This is the Coco Grow!
Week One - Boy oh boy. So getting Gold Glue girls up and running has been an issue. I germinated all of my seeds the same way, in the same container, at the same time. (Bluray case, tissue, the Mephisto Method.) I had sixteen seeds in the running. The two that failed were Gold Glue. This girl popped. The soil grow seed popped but died in the rapid rooter. I started a second one, and it may or may not make it. I started another in a rock wool block for the DWC, she seems to be doing well. So five, maybe six seeds for three sprouts. Not so good.
This girl is thriving, but as can be seen the pics, has some FUNKY leaves. Her cotyledons were also a little iffy looking, but she's recovering.

Day eight - Man are her leaves funky looking. She seems to be thriving, and her new set of leaves appears to be more normal.
Day 14 - Her new growth over the week has been much more normal looking. I think she's gonna be fine.
Day 15 - The most robust of the triple threat Gold Glue grow is seemingly doing well after her weird leaf issues. She seems to be finally taking to the coco well. All of the Gold Glue seeds I've tried to grow have seemed to be a little weak so I'm babying them a little bit more than the others.
Day 19 - The girls are now starting to be bent under the net. Let the training begin!
Day 21 - She has recovered well from her early growth and is turning into a monster. Super thick foliage and rapid growth! GOOD GIRL.
Day 22 - Into the fourth week! She's a really bulky girl now! Such a strange shift in temperament. Decided to dust cinnamon over her medium to protect against some little black flies I've seen around. Also put up some pest sheets.
Day 28 - I'm really happy with her progress. She started off very rough, and now she's a monster!
Day 29 - This coco Gold Glue continues to Hulk out! Have had to remove a few leaves here and there as she was getting stacked canopies and leaves were getting soaked and she was risking damage as a result. Lots of air movement in here, but she is just SUPER dense.
Day 35 - End of week five! She's gone from the odd one out, wrinkled up, bad leaves, and likely stunted, to the biggest girl in the grow. GOOD GIRL.
Day 36 - Beginning of week six! She's getting harder to train so I'm having to ease up on her a bit. She's big and very robust at this point.
Day 42 - End of week six! Flowering has begun!
Day 43 - Into week seven! The entire grow is passed all the smaller bumps in the road at this point, and everyone seems to be fairly robust. All girls are showing off sex and the vast majority are starting to go pom pom on me. Flowering is AWN. Rolling slowly over from Maxigro to Maxibloom at this point, as all the girls started showing (very early) phosphorous deficiencies on the lower fan leaves.
Day 50 - Hey! We're on week eight! All the girls are doing well. The DWC girls asked for some special care over the last few days and got it. (Just a reservoir refresh) All of the rest and doing just peachy!
Day 57 - The Beginning of week nine! The girls have gotten a carpet bombing of treatments for a heretofore mild fungus gnat issue. I have ONE soil plant in the grow, and that seemed to have been the instigator of the issue. Mosquito Bits once a week and Neem Oil in their feed will hopefully knock them out fairly hard. The plants haven't shown any sort of signs of impaired growth so I'm pretty sure I've headed it off before any sort of real issue can evolve.
Week Ten! The grow is going well. The fungus gnats are nowhere to be seen apart from on some yellow sticky sheets, and every girl is flowering up nicely. Aggressive defoliation and dead leaf removal is happening on their underbellies every day now. Things are looking great!
Day 71 - Into Week Eleven! It looks like this grow is going to go a little longer than the previous two. The combination reason is that I've got the lights a little bit higher in this grow, and the overall temperature in the grow room is averaging fifteen degrees (F) lower than the last grow. It's much easier to keep my grow warm than it is to keep it cool, and the Spring/Summer grows ran upwards of 85f at points, for days at a time.
This grow has been sitting at a solid 72f the entire way through. As a result, humidity is better, growth is larger overall, and they're just gonna go a couple weeks longer than the last grow. A fair trade AFAIAC.
This girl started flowering before any other plant in the grow, but she's still fattening up and her pistils are all solid, fat, and white, so she's got a way to go yet.
Day 78 - The grow is nearing the end! The Gold Glue DWC will be harvested this week, along with anyone else who looks ready. (I think it's just gonna be her, but her Coco sister is on the edge as well.)
Four times the size of her soil sister and getting fairly close to the end! She's looking pretty great!
Day 83 - It looks like of the three competing runs of Gold Glue, the coco grow is going to be the big winner? I was expecting the DWC to have the highest yield, but it seems that coco with training may do better than DWC without training. Half of her is still in the grow, waiting for the second harvest, so it's not a 100% for sure thing yet. Will update here as the harvest progresses.
Second Harvest in! - 543.26 grams wet, projected dry weight, 135.81
