Welcome to my forth test of the A.B.L.E Grow Chamber. We will be growing a strain of Trainwreck this time straight from seed. Julie is her name and she sprouted in 3 days inside the chamber and has grown well so far. Today I am introducing CO2 into the chamber to get her acclimated to the high temp. Chamber averages 85 with all fans on high. I added a cup of solution to her today and may start doing two soon. It has been a good first week lets hope the vibe continues when LST starts.
Straight forward week. Light, water, CO2 then repeat. Julie's color looks fine and she has a nice stalk with some thick sub branches. Hopefully i will get a good canopy out of her since the tie down stakes I was using to pin her down couldn't hold her down anymore. I traded out the 1200W COB LED for a smaller 1000W COB LED in order to bring the temp down. Air is about 5 degrees cooler if i keep the door to the batcave open.
GIRLS ARE STARTING TO SHOW GOOD GROWTH IN HEIGHT. Should have done more LST but will still try. Installed new fan in the chamber and finally got the heat down to 75. Very Happy.
Another good week of growth. Yesterday I did some small pruning on lower growth and today I cut two fan leaves which were covering lower tops. I will switch to 12/12 light cycle tomorrow. Looking forward to the stretch. Julie is already giving off a great aroma when you touch her. May also buy a net to help with the canopy.
Had a good week. Started flowering. Julie and Jen had some lime green new growth but i upped the nutes and today they look much better. First pistils showed up on Julie and her canopy is coming along.
Julie is growing good and has a nice scent when you play with her. one branch has risen above the rest. stretch is over. color is still a healthy green.
i SWITCHED THE LIGHT TO JUST BLOOM MODE. I also think she was stunted from the defoil of last week. Seeing some girth growth today but leaf tips show a very small tip of burntness.
Doubled up on the amount of NovaBloom I add to solution. Am starting to see some browning on the edges of the top leaves. They could be too close to light. Giving julie 1 oz of solution a day.
hey there, i agree with budeegrowers about the defoliation, it's too late now, will only shock the plant for nothing . your main problem is your NPK ratio. See how green and glossy your leafs are, that's from N excess. you want to cut out anything with N in it from now until the chop . It's a bit late to fix such a thing, but i hope this helps ! 🚀
Starting to get a problem. two colas have fan leaves that are curling up and turning brownish. will slow down on nutes in solution. hopefully it wont spread.
I fucked up and killed half my grow. What I have left taste great and has a awesome high. I will be doing this strain again and hopefully will get to the end.
