Hello mate! The Autoflowers like too have between 18 and 20 hours of light and this is why you're plant is slightly smaller than what it should be at this stage. You need too keep the lights on for 18 hours at least and also have the light between 12 and 18inch away, as it grows too close too 12, move it up 6 inches again forcing them too stretch more.
