Feels good to be growing again, unwanted break for a year and a half. New house, new city, new grow setup in the works. HLG-550v2, orbit B-hyve sprinkler controller, radical grow bags, hard wired wall timer, Pulse One environmental monitor, Real Growers Recharge, 5'x5'x80" grow tent, and fox farm nutrients. Still in the midst of setting up, but when complete will have everything automated including watering. As I will also be growing veggies and culinary herbs, the watering system will be more robust than nessesary. Thanks to the DGC for the recommendation/discount on the light, enviro. monitor, grow bags, and microbe pack! Happy growing 👍

7 to 10 days. But I know people that waited longer with success. 2 weeks would be max I would wait.

The time for change is upon my wee little garden. Finally received my 60in x 60in x 80in (182.4cm x 182.4cm x 203.2cm) grow tent and had some time time to set it up and install my light and timer. There were a few seedlings old enough to transplant to their final destination 5gal fabric or 7gal radical bag

November 2, 2019: Little seedlings didn't care for the light intensity, and since at the moment I am unable to dim the light, the seedlings moved back into the original veg tent with 100W of strip led lights 15 inches from tops. They are doing much better after a couple light cycles. November 7, 2019: Nothing new to report. Watered around 10floz of room temp tap from my water barrel (just a new trash barrel filled with tap water and let to sit to de-chlorinate). I think the plants that were light shocked are fully recovered and their growth supports that with both height and width.

11-10-19: Finally made it to the post office and picked up my new dimmer (potentiometer). Moved the big bags back to the big tent and transplanted the biggest of the seedlings into their final homes. Using an app on my phone dimmed my HLG-550 down to 6000-8000 lux at plant canopy height. Can't wait till the whole garden has more growth and can help keep the humidity up, as it is I've been running a full sized humidifier non stop just to keep the room humidity around 45%. That translates to about 3 gallons a day into the air. 11-14-19: Topped six plants after the 4th node. 11-15-19: Picture Update.

11-17-19: Everyone in the pool now. Turned up the HLG-550 in the 5x5, around 11k lux at the canopy. Watered with 24oz of dechlorinated tap water with some calmag and recharge. Gonna veg for another 2-3 weeks at least. 11-22-19: Picture update. Gave them a good watering on 11/20, probably won't need to water for 5-7 days.

11-24-19: Just growing along. Watering every 5 days or so, now up to 60-70oz per plant. Cranked up the HLG550 to about 75% . If I'm not lazy I'll get out my load meter to get an exact wattage.

12-1-19: Ended up burning everything pretty good. Was spraying to combat what looked liked the beginning of PM. Switched to 12/12 light schedule after a few days of recovery.

12-7-19: Good news! Majority of the plants have made a full recovery. Early flower stretch is on, everything is blowing up and a bit out, this grow should fill the 5x5 tent well. This round I'm hoping to get a trellis installed, maybe 2 tiers depending on stretch. Started feeding with a weak nutrient solution, 2 caps of tiger bloom, 1 cap of grow big, and 2 caps of big bloom, and dusting of Recharge. The solution came out to around 450 ppm and ph of 6.6.

12-15-19: Pictures ended up a bit washed out this week, the closeness to the lights the tops are means next round I'll turn the light down before photos. Filling up the 5x5 nicely now, taking up .25 gallon a day means watering every 3-4 days. Increasing the feeding for the plants showing they need it, hopefully take care of the fading.

12-24-19: Had to pull on of the bigger plants due to throwing out tons of bananas. Another large one had a few, so just plucked the ones I found and checking every couple days to pull any that form. The stretch is approaching it's end, most of the budsites are done branching and are now developing their flowers. Upping the nutrients next feeding, doing a big bump up to 800-1000 tds.

Welp was out of town for 5 days and things got a bit crispy. I had a friend water half way through but just bad timing as the plants are really drinking it up. Watering 10 gallons every 2-3 days, some pots are smalller and dry out faster. Doesn't help that the week I was gone they decided to increase their uptake. Upped the feeding ppm to 750.

1-19-19: Coming up on over 14 weeks total for this grow and around week 8 of flower for a few of them and others were bit behind. The plant that is fading got a heavier dose of nutrients, last push hopefully wont need to feed again and just let everything fade for the last 2-3 weeks.

At the point now just watching the amber creep. Some have a few weeks still, some could come down anytime. Just watching the amber creep and waiting for that "ripe" look.
