Great start for this girl.
A nice warm week and good progress.
I wet the soil quite a bit when I plant so I can lay off watering for the first few days, but I'm using different pots that dry a bit faster.
An idea I got from a friend on instagram. Waste paper baskets lined with material (I used old T-shirts). I like the idea of bag pots and got two, but I carry my plants around to get sun when they're older, so wanted something more rigid. His idea seemed great and is working well so far, just have to water a bit more than I normally do and it's warming up.
I've been watering 100ml collected rain water every 2 days.
A nice warm start to the week, but the past 3 days it's cooled down and was completely grey and rainy today.
Nice progress, doubled in size this week.
The biggest of the 3 sisters, really happy with them, should get a decent yield if I don't do anything stupid. haha
Just giving 100ml collected rainwater every 2nd day.
Will start with a light feed mix next week.
A bit of a crap week weather wise. Lots of rain and solid cloud blocking the sun, some days were pretty much dark all day.
Temperature didn't drop too much luckily, but not the greatest week. Today was much better and looks like it's nice this coming week, so hoping for the best.
9cm of height gained, but has mostly been stretching inter nodal spaces, so not too happy about that, but what can you do.
She's still doing well and the weather is warming up again, so hopefully she kicks back into gear.
Given 1 light feed of Bio-Grow, Fish Mix and Micro Life (the soil has amendments for the first 3 to 4 weeks), I tried to slowly feed some others at 3 weeks and looks like it's helping, so going to keep doing it.
A nice warm week again, one or 2 cooler days, but still good.
Did some LST this week to keep them a bit lower. Was hoping to not do it with these 3 in this batch, but the cold and dark week that made them stretch kinda messed up that plan. They are doing really well and despite being pulled down, they are still gaining height. Only a really light feed early this week and collected rain water the rest of the week.
This girl is starting to flower, hope she stretches a bit more before kicking in solidly. My Californian Snow has rocketed 11cm in the 1st 3 days of week 6, so still have hope that they get nice and big!
Otherwise all is going well with these ones and they are miles ahead of the ones I did earlier in the season.
Another mainly warm & sunny week.
She's kicked into flower properly and hope she stretches a bit more. Doing well, but not the biggest.
Switched over to flower food this week.
She's doing well and sending out super white stigma and looking great. A little on the small side, but am happy with her.
A nice predominantly warm and sunny week.
Buds are starting to stack up and fill out and the trichomes are coming fast!
I took the LST off and let her stand up a bit again & is the reason for the height gain.
Still fighting the thrips and leafminers, but got some diatomaceous earth, so hopefully that slows the thrips down.
Out of the 3 sisters she's the middle child, not tiny, but not huge, but should give a nice bit of flower.
Another nice warm week.
Filling out and trichomes are coming quickly!
The fruity scent is starting to develop nicely and get a lot of papaya/paw paw, but with a good mix of a few other fruit.
She's a bit on the small side, but still happy with how she's doing.
Another nice warm week.
Girls are fattening up and doing well!
Smells starting to develop and trichomes are packing on solidly!
Very fruity papaya/paw paw with a mix of other fruits.
Was away for a few days this week for work and left my girls in my room.
Glad I did, because it was hot as hell.
Not as much light as they normally get for a few days, but trying to make up for it.
Fattening up nicely though and looking good.
Really sweet smell with hints of fruits, the strong papaya/paw paw has changed, but still great.
Another good week.
Not much to report, they're fattening up and smelling better by the day.
Probably give them another small feed before starting to flush.
A scorcher of a week with a few days above 40C in my greenhouse.
Been shade hunting for these girls so they don't get cooked.
Some trichomes are turning amber, so not long left, might even take them down this week.
No more feeding for most of last week and none this week and upped the watering a bit due to heat and to flush a bit.
This Smoothie didn't get too big, but what she has is looking solidly dense and full of frost and a nice smooth fruity scent.
Will definitely try this one again and hope to get her a bit bigger.
An easy girl to grow, I made the rookie error of starting her in soil that was too wet, so she had a slow start.
I only got a little bit off her, but what I did get was amazing. Such sweet, fruity smell coming from her and nice compact flower.
I definitely didn't get near her full potential and will have to try again.
I find the sweeter strains do well with a little longer cure and she was no different, my patience was rewarded and she has a nice light fruity flavor with a solid kick. A just about balanced hybrid and great smoke anytime.
