First run ever with autos, starting with very light feeding supplied with RO water, adding a little bit of tap water to reach the accurate pH. Three plants, very similar to each other in structure.

Just a few changes 18/6 because of personal issues Today I decided to bend the big fan leaves which were hiding the growing branches Fortunately I chose 9L pots... tang's avt were monsters, of course I'm not experiemced as him, but I grew plants :)

They are growing nicely, with lots of side buds well developed, I'm glad that the bending promoted side branching, so the main cola on all the three plants is not so taller than the others. I think they will start to flower very soon. Stay tuned!

Stretching. The flowering phase gas begun. There is a particular phenotype between these three which really outstands the others. Feeding has been too light, on the next watering i willo be giving more fertilizers. Switched back to 20/4

Hello there. My plants are clearly light bleached as you can see, well... with 9L pots they became this big! I could have never imagined it. Anyway, they are doing more than fine and the resin production has just begun. One of the three is really interesting as she stretched a lot with the thinnest Leaves I ever saw on plants I grew, guess she is heavy sativa dominant 😊btw, thanks @Simon for the advices, there was no need to worry about the bleaching

Hello Growers! A little update. I decided to switch to 24/24, but I switched off the grow module of the led lamp, so actually I'm running a 63w of only bloom light. I also decided to do a defoliation on the bottom to remove eventual popcorn nugs. I also gave them half osmosis and half tap water to have micros, with very low EC, because the last time the solution was very concentrated. Well, from what I see they are doing well, three very different phenos, not expecting a big yield, maybe 20 grams from each plant, I grow just for passion and to discover what plants can give to me, y'all know ;)

Watering every 3 days. One of the plant got fucked up completely by light intensity but still manages to continue flowering!! Impressed with resistance of these plants. The other two are doing very well, the smallest is the most resinous while the tallest is building magnificent buds. Next time I will definitely have to keep plants much less tall. Watering once with nutes (bloom, sugars, b52, big bud, nirvana) and once with sugars and bud factor (which I have to say is really worth the price)

Hello guys. The plant are doing very well, the bleached one will be harvested on sunday ad she is all’istante ready. The other two plants are slower but they are developing a lot of resin and good sativa bud structure (while the bleached one has indica hybrid rock nugs!!)

Hello guys, here we are with this update. One plant got chopped down at day 63. The smallest one is going to finish very soon, while the tallest will require at least 10 days more, even though I’d like to give her much more time I must do this for other reasons. Flushed them out

Hello guys, the smallest was taken down on day 72, its pheno wasn’t bad as she was very kushy, colorful and resinous. The tallest one... wow, this is the AvT I wish you to find. She is stretchy, colorful, resinous, big buds, VERY HIGH BUD TO LEAF RATIO!! All round perfect pheno. Besides, she has an astonishing pineapple aroma, she is absolutely my favourite between these three. Actually I don’t know if I should let her go flower more, or harvest her... what do you think?

Hello guys, I would like to share some thoughts with you. In this cycle I messed up with: - light bleaching This is the main reason why the plants slowed down in flowering cycle, everyone who would like to try this strain MUST keep in mind that it's TALL and STRETCHY, and in my case one of them grew up almost to 80cm with just 9L pots. Moreover, they should have done more flowering weeks to fully develop their buds, but with the first two plants I messed up, and with the third, even though I would have let her go up to 90 days, I didn't have time left due to other reasons. Anyway, I vaped and smoked the first harvested plant, guys... it's DEVASTATING!! Who did ever say autos aren't potent?? A fool! This weed gives you an instant headbang which then turn into a really creative high. Every plant in my grow has different aroma (in addition to the size and plant structure), in fact my only complaint is: Strain behaviour inconsistency, they were so much different from each other. On march I will run Skystompers, but I will supercrop them and maybe buy a grownorthern telos :)

Good good because there ain't no need or disappointment when you've crossed the finish line! :) if you like dense bugs from mephesto, try 3 bear OG, the resin is unbelievable too, very strong small. Small plants though so mabey 40-50g max per plant. So yeah not so much just bend but pinch so the stem crushes but not break, then bend over in direction desired. Its best to do it near end of stretch in my opinion. They normally recover in 24 hours as long as you give a good oxygenated drink straight after to help with stress and recovery, so plant in out when its due a drink as the stem will be more flexible when she's thirsty. I bend them at a point where they are level with the side branches, she might even stand back up the next day but you can prevent that will some LST. Just tie her head down after you bent her over lol

@TheApprentice, don't mention it! We're all here to learn and gaze in awe at other peoples grows! I love this website! Always updating and so easy to find info on strains, nutrients and growers techniques! Just nosey and ask :) If you want different flavours etc, read into the strains heritage, should give you an idea whether it be a kush cross (pine/ fuel smell taste can be tropical pebbly etc) fantassmo is a a version of ghost train haze so you'll get the haze spice, try double grape that's meant to be quite strong with a clear grape taste. I've gambled with my run at the minute, I'm running a strain that hasn't ( by what I can find) been documented, so its quite exciting but nerve racking as I have nothing to go off hahaha! But that's growing and I'm sure you'll be growing for a long time! Enjoy it! Enjoy Grow diaries!! :)

@CAMOGROWN, thank you for the clear explanation seriously appreciate it! Atm I got three skystomper seeds so on the next run I will pop these, but maybe I could purchase other two strains so to have three tastes in my jars:) if you have another strain advice just tell me.. I was thinking also of fantasmo express

Looks great! Even with the bleaching! I wouldn't worry about it, but a supercrop would be better for the autos than topping, too much recover time on topping. Just bend the main cola over, problem solved! ;)

TheApprenticecommented7 years ago
@CAMOGROWN, thanks man! Actually I'm not disappointed at all, very dense fuely nugs :)) Supercrop? Tell me more I'm very interested about this as I don't like topping plants! Should I supercrop the main stem?

That’s what I have to say about Avt: they are three vert different plants, there is one in particular which grew bigger, faster but suffers A LOT light bleaching right now. The other two are spectacular and build nice calyxes covered heavily with resin, one is vert stretchy and the other much compact. Anyway I would advise this plant to any beginner as they are so much resistant. I can smell fuel in particular with a hint of blueberries. Good luck 😄😄😄 and enjoy your beautiful Avts!!!

@TheApprentice,iam sure it wont ive grown that strain and ill be growing a couple next time round there ultra hardy 👍

TheApprenticecommented7 years ago
@Simon, thanks man I appreciate a lot your comment. Unfortunately they had a really small light bleaching for being too close to the Led light, but nothing serious and hopefully it won't affect the flowering stage.

Have you consider the problem being over feeding? Some of the Mephisto strains are really resistant as ypı stated so she will be okay, no worries ^^
TheApprentice
TheApprenticecommented7 years ago
@Kvothe, hello man. At the beginning I immediately thought of overfeeding, but I never went over 0.8 mS/cm, except for just one feeding at 1ms/cm. Moreover, I fed them very carefully. There is also the evidence that the burnt one is the closest to the light, the main cola is 10 cm under, my box is very small😣😣😣😣

Hi mate, your harvest looks great, well done. I wish you use it in good days. I have a little problem, maybe you can help me. It's my first planting experience and I have no idea of when to harvest my plants. I'm thinking that I can cut them for 10-12 days. Could you please look at my diary, and give me some advices about my harvest time? Could you give me some general advices, too ? 👏 😤
