Popped 3 seeds from seedsman - all The White OG. I'm also growing a clone I pulled off of my other grow just as an experiment. Probably won't end up keeping that one though. Two of the seeds sprouted today so I'm calling it day one. I am in a 2x2 tent with a Mars Hydro TS 600 and a 100CFM computer style fan cinched into the top vent for airflow. The tent is only pulling 126 watts total, 106 for the light and 20 for the fan so it should be very cost effective. I will be vegging these plants until my flowering tent finishes up, probably about 2 months left on it. Planning on topping them multiple times because the tent is only 4' tall.

The one plant had its first set of leaves get all kinds of brown spots on it and then the tips died off completely. I'm not sure whats wrong with it. The plus side is I plan on vegging these till my flowering tent finishes and should really only need two strong plants to fill it out so if I lose that one its no big deal. Just keeping it around to try and learn what went wrong and how it can be fixed. The clone really took off this week and will need to be repotted soon.

Grow Questions

Anyone know whats wrong with the plant whose first set of leaves turned like 50% brown? The brown part is like completely dead and crunchy. Im thinking it could be overwatering because the soil in that cup seemed to hold onto the moisture way more than the others for some reason.

Hey Pooshoo, you're right it's overwatering, i had the same thing happen with one of mine (happens to everyone lol) , harm is done so she'll be a bit stunted, you can try and pull her through or since it's quite early on, just start a new one, no advice can help you make those leafs recover, just follow a stricter wet dry cycle going forward. Hope this helps ! 🚀

It has been 4 days since my last update and all but one of these girls are still struggling. I transplanted into a larger pot the at the start of the week and when I saw more issues continuing to crop up I worked some dolomite lime into the top of the soil because it looks like the issues may be calmag related and I couldn't find any calmag plus around. I'm glad at least one of these plants is still looking healthy and hope that the others will pull through given some time. Trying not to over react and do too much at one time.

Topped both the plants this week and gave the two small ones I had away to a friend, so these ladies can fill out the tent. Probably 2 or 3 more weeks of vegging left these are gonna be quite large compared to my last grow.

Week went good they are really filling up the veg tent and i heard this strain can stretch up to 2x plus so I just flipped the lights over to 12/12. Flower tent should be ready to go in about 2 weeks so hopefully the size stays manageable for that long before i can move em into the larger tent. They are about 13 inches tall right now from the soil line so we will see how tall they get over the next 3 weeks of stretch.

Great first week of flower, these plants started the week at 13" tall from the soil line and they are now 22" tall. 9 inch growth in 7 days so over an inch per day over this week. I'm honestly a bit worried they might get too big for my tent which is a great problem to have. Just did some supercropping to try to help fill in the gaps in my canopy and attempt to keep the stretch in check.

What is the brand name of the soil and coco you used

@Jackdaniel21, it's fox farms. The plants with issues we're started in reused ocean forest. The new stuff that seems to be working well and has Coco in it is fox farms strawberry fields.

Thanks for help trying to diagnose everyone. I know it's not nute burn or bad water because they are all in the same soil it's just FFoF I reused from some other plants so it should be less hot than it normally is. Shouldn't be PH either because they have all been watered together and this is the only one showing that much stress. The only thing I can think is I must have been over zealous packing the soil in on that one because its roots were growing out of the ground and pushing the whole seedling up so I tried to cover them with soil and firm it a bit to hold her up. In retrospect I should have just reported there or added dirt loosly to cover the root then prop her up with some wire. Anyway I think the compacted soil just held way too much water and didn't allow enough oxegen down to the roots
