Week went good they are really filling up the veg tent and i heard this strain can stretch up to 2x plus so I just flipped the lights over to 12/12. Flower tent should be ready to go in about 2 weeks so hopefully the size stays manageable for that long before i can move em into the larger tent. They are about 13 inches tall right now from the soil line so we will see how tall they get over the next 3 weeks of stretch.

Grow Questions

Anyone know whats wrong with the plant whose first set of leaves turned like 50% brown? The brown part is like completely dead and crunchy. Im thinking it could be overwatering because the soil in that cup seemed to hold onto the moisture way more than the others for some reason.

Hey Pooshoo, you're right it's overwatering, i had the same thing happen with one of mine (happens to everyone lol) , harm is done so she'll be a bit stunted, you can try and pull her through or since it's quite early on, just start a new one, no advice can help you make those leafs recover, just follow a stricter wet dry cycle going forward. Hope this helps ! 🚀

What is the brand name of the soil and coco you used

@Jackdaniel21, it's fox farms. The plants with issues we're started in reused ocean forest. The new stuff that seems to be working well and has Coco in it is fox farms strawberry fields.

Thanks for help trying to diagnose everyone. I know it's not nute burn or bad water because they are all in the same soil it's just FFoF I reused from some other plants so it should be less hot than it normally is. Shouldn't be PH either because they have all been watered together and this is the only one showing that much stress. The only thing I can think is I must have been over zealous packing the soil in on that one because its roots were growing out of the ground and pushing the whole seedling up so I tried to cover them with soil and firm it a bit to hold her up. In retrospect I should have just reported there or added dirt loosly to cover the root then prop her up with some wire. Anyway I think the compacted soil just held way too much water and didn't allow enough oxegen down to the roots
