-Seed placed directly into solo cup containing Pro-Mix BX and seedling emerged from soil 3 days later
-Lightly watering every second day
-Planning to top to two nodes and mainline with at least 8 tops
-Will be growing in Pro-Mix HP and using Biobizz and Neptune’s Harvest nutrients along with the occasional compost tea
-A bit of slowed growth off the start from seed being directly put in Pro-Mix BX because of its water retention capabilities. Next time it’s back to peat pucks to start as I’ve had better success with those
-Other than the slowed growth seedling is looking nice and I will most likely be transplanting to a 5 gallon pot next week when leaves reach the edges of the cup
-After 2 1/2 weeks of slow and stunted growth I decided to loosen my soil and transplant into a 5 gallon fabric pot containing Pro-Mix HP which has better drainage capabilities and less water retention than BX. Already starting to see a difference and leaves are recovering from the water retention as well.
-Started adding a bit of Biobizz Bio-Grow and some Calmag
-Growth slowly picked up after transplanting to 5 gallon pot with Pro-Mix HP as the medium
-Topped above second set of nodes and depending on the growth rate I will decide how many tops to mainline later on
-Started adding some Neptune’s Harvest fish and seaweed fertilizer along with the Biobizz Bio-Grow
-After topping growth picked up significantly so I have started a bit of bending of the main stems each day. I will tie them down with plant ties once they are long and strong enough. Planning a mainline with 8-10 colas so once the main stems reach the sides of the pot I will top both of those as well.
-Keeping temp at 77 and humidity high to match it at 70% which is a vpd of 9.5 and it seems to love it
-Added a bit more Bio-Grow this week
-Growth going great and taking well to training and defoliation
-Topped both sides again, so I will have a total of 10 colas
-Will transition to flower in one to two weeks
-Growth going great and everything is looking healthy
-Ready to move to flowering area which has a temp hovering around 74F, humidity in the low 40’s and light colour temp of 2700K
-Will feed with Neptune’s Harvest fish and seaweed one more time and start adding some Biobizz Bio-Bloom, continuing with the Bio-Grow and CaMg.
-Starting to flower nicely and already starting to stretch quite a bit
-Added a bit of Marphyl Marine Phytoplankton to the mix
-Lightly defoliating until the end of week 3 when I’ll lollipop it
-Huge stretch on this that has lasted through week 4
-Forming Buds nicely and everything looking healthy
-Cut down on Bio-Grow and started adding more Bio-Bloom
-Flowers bulking up nicely and having some good trichome production
-Starting to fade a bit and will start watering with only a bit of calcium magnesium added
Smells like a sweet skunky cheese and has a very sweet hashy diesel taste.
It’s effect starts with a bit of cerebral and turns into a nice relaxing clear headedness. Works great as a daytime strain for me.
-Dried at 68F 40%RH for 10 days before cure
-A quick grower from the start and a heavy feeder.
-Really worked well for mainlining and the branches were all very easy to bend and manipulate when training it
-Stretched quite a bit in the first few weeks of flower
-Overall quite easy to grow and had some very nice trichome production. Done differently I may have flattened her out a bit more to get more light to the lower bud sites.
it's very interesting to watch your diary. I wish you a huge harvest of buds.
What do you prefer to use a Bong or a joint. 4-20 Bro.
subscribed and watching your grow.👍
Nice work! Looking forward to seeing how she turns out. Looks like an interesting strain, too. I'm hoping to try mainlining for a future grow. All the best. 🙌
I’m using Pro mix for my other grow and and having soil PH problems. Actually have to feed and water with a ph of 7 to try and bring it up to 6-6.5. Just did a flush because of severe stunted growth and my soil ph was 5.1/5.4 hopefully it was a fluke. Have never had a problem with it before
@capt_crunch, Interesting. Usually the lime in the pro-mix buffers for a bit so I’ve never had this problem with it before either. I think I will try a higher ph like you said. Thanks for the info!
