I believe this plant might be a runt. It took 7 days to germinate, most my seeds in the past have popped in 3 - 4 days max and this thing is growing SLOW

MMJitsu 2019-11-02 - watered with filtered water with ph of 6-6.5. Runoff had ph of 5
2019-11-04 - watered with filtered water with ph of 6-6.5. Runoff had 182ppm and ph of 5.5
2019-11-07 - Filtered water had an unusually high ppm of 277 and a ph of 7.5. Brought ph down to 6.25 and added .5cc of FF grow big and .5cc of FF big bloom. The ppm after was 820ppm. Runoff was 570ppm and ph of 5. After taking photos I topped the plant

2019-11-11 - Needed water filtered water had a base ppm of 156. I brought the ph down to 6.
Trained 2 new future colas on the VB and gave it a watering. The runoff had a ph of 6-6.5 and a ppm of 246.
2019-11-13 -Watered with the same water from the week 4 white widow grow except I ph downed it to 5.5. The runoff of the plant had a ppm of 312 and 5.5 ph
