Nothing but a little training this week.
Today she had a feeding with a earthworm/molasses/bat guano tea. Nothing super potent but I also added a teaspoon of organic nitrogen fertilizer that derives from fish and a tablespoon of cal-mag supplement in a 5 gallon bucket of water that foamed and bubbled for almost 30 hours.
I dont like to add supplements to my tea but since my older plants have been deficient I decided to add a very small amount into the tea.
If I see any signs of burning after tea I'd flush but this has never been an issue since I dont use much of anything that comes in a bottle in the tea anyway.
I used the teas when I 1st started but stopped due to the time it takes to make and brew.
The 2 or 3 we harvested without using any tea not only had much less flavor but also had a far less impressive yield and root system as those who did get the teas.
So now I just make sure to give myself the time to make at least 1 tea for feeding every week.
I'll be keeping an eye out to find out if the tea really is so important but I'm already fairly certain that they are a critical part of me having a decent growing experience.
Looking good! Will be following this one as you have a good head start and will be very interested to see how yours turns out. Happy growing to you too!
@CrankledLarkus,thanks, I'll be keeping her updated.
I just had to try this "unicorn " strain. Never seen 1 b4 this and the few who have tried it claim she's one of the greats. We will see my friend.
I'll follow yours too because I just popped a baby banana seed and so I'm curious as to which of these babys will be ready for flower 1st..
@@WisdomCulture420, thanks I'm just so impatient that waiting for her to provide cuttings has taken patience on my behalf.
But, I've heard that this is one of those unicorn strains that few have seen but those who have give rave reviews.
