Number 3 of 5 in the indica photo period run. Blueberry from Seedsmen. I've smoked enough Blueberry in my time but this is my first experience growing it. Had the seeds and a buddy requested something blue with a good lunch. So here we are couple weeks after dropping seeds. Had some issues with there location and environment, did some remodeling and moving around and got a new better and better environment controlled space. The strains were not started at the same time bc of the problems so everything will be finished at different times.
Week 3 for the Blueberry girl. She got topped this week. Fed with calmag on last watering. This is my first time doing Blueberry from Seedsmen, it's going very smoothly. Growing bushy and green with good leaf size and node spacing. Looking to shape into a very nice plant. Gonna give this one another 2 maybe 3 weeks in the veg tent depending on size and move her to the 4x4 flower tent. This one is first one I used my homemade compost with. Did a 50/50 mix of compost/Coco Loco. Not seeing any I'll effects but rather some rapid growth as roots find there way into the compost.
Blueberry took the topping well and recovered with some very bushy growth. Into week 3 nearing the end of it and I'm really liking the look on this plant. All indica look with large wide fan leaves and a short bushy stature. I'm ready to see and smell this one in flower. Another week or two and I'm gonna put it in the big flower tent. Watered with calmag along with everything else in the garden. This was the first plant in this run to be repotted into a 50/50 compost to Coco Loco mix. This was about a week and a half ago and it looks to be responding with no I'll signs. So far I'd still recommend this strain for ease of growing and and genetic quality.
Week 4 and the Blueberry is looking great. Topped her twice, and did an accidental super crop. She is getting big and bushy. Went ahead and re amended her soil with flower nutes. Gonna let her recover couple more days and flip her to flower. Leaves on her are healthy looking, very big wide indica leaves with nice ribs. So far seedsman hasn't disappointed with genetic quality.
