moeGrow Start of week 1, Novembers 1st. During the last couple weeks I had been dialing my system and setting up my sensor controller which is connected to a raspberry pi. I have a dashboard to view the status of the the environmental or control the lights/pumps/fans with the parts in place to eventually automate feeding and resevoir adjustments.
While I was doing that the plants suffered a bit but are recovering now. I switched the lights to an 11 on 13 off schedule and fed them to an ec of 0.8 or about 400 ppm.

moeGrow During the first week of 11 on 13 plants progressed signs of deficiencies so this week I've increased the ec to 1. Not actually sure how much ml/l nutrients I'm using I add a bit at a time until it reaches my desired concentration.
I've also lowered the light to about 4 inches above the taller plants.

moeGrow Deficiencies continued through the week. So I calibrated my ph sensor and it was correct. I added 3.25 tsp of raw npk calmag which worked out to about 100 ppm in solution. Over night the plants looked better and the solution had dropped by almost 200 ppm while only losing about 3l of water. I topped up with 75ml
Of bloom, 50 ml of micro and 25 ml grow. I also added 7.5ml of ph down to bring my ph back down to 5.9.
I also didnt realise the I density of the leds could burn the plants so I've raised the light all the way to the top of the tent.
One of my purple haze clones hermed on me so I replaced it with a clone I had on standby
moeGrow More cal/mag added this week to the full strength. Added 15ml bloom 10 ml micro and 5ml grow. Ph is creeping up so I've been adjusting down as it reaches 6.2.
Best week of growth so far but still seeing lots of brown spots on the leaves.
Added a humidifier since it's starting to get real dry during the day into the 30s rh.
Hairs are showing now on both the panama x malawi and the malawi x purple haze.
The clone I swapped out for the male. Is starting to establish itself and doing fine.
moeGrow Started weaving tops through the net over the last week.
Had to unclog one of the 2 inch pipe due to roots sneaking to the resevoir. Next grow I'll screen them off.
This week I added 25 tsp of epsom salts, 6 tsp silica and 10 ml of grow 20 ml micro 30 ml bloom.
Next week the nutrients will shift to 30 ml micro 60 ml bloom, 2.5 tsp Epsom salts, and another dose of silica

moeGrow At the start of week 8 I drained the system, and refilled leaving out the grow nutes. Although I also forgot to add calcium so over the week a calcium deficiency started.
