As much as I want to push this another week at least, I have to make a call here.
The bud rot is getting worse and I have to decide if it's worth the risk of going for longer in hopes of better quality bud with the trade off of potentially much lower yield. Since the trichomes are cloudy (with a few amber), and the buds seem to have hit a plateau in bulking up - I'm gonna chop her today. I'm happy enough with the quality of bud I'm looking at and it's not worth it to carry on - especially with the damp weather and rain we're having. It's been a very wet season, so it's had some challenges.
See you at harvest!
Excited to follow your new daiquiri lime auto baby, they look like their off to an awesome start bro.
I am also growing some daiquiri limes, be sure to take a look at my diary. It is my first grow but I'm sure some reference from each other's grow will be exciting and informative!😁
Grow strong young ones 🙏
@Epokwan, obviously a little different but similar. The advantage yours has tho is it looks a lot healthier than mine did at the same age. Mine was very yellow at the start. He is smaller but still has 8 colas forming, no plant left behind 😂🌱💧☀️🙏
@Epokwan, I germinated 3 of them and 2 were perfect and then there was the mutated (cabbage) one. He really struggled there for a while but he is make a late run for it! When I do my next diary this week, check him out! 🤟😁
@raptor65, thanks hey! Unfortunately she got stunted and won't be big, but at least I'll get to sample it since I have 2 more seeds of this and can try again another time
@Budlyfe, I see that, brilliant man! Mine is bouncing back too. Being an auto, it's on the clock but I have faith in her, she's formed new leaves and essentially turning out to be a very early topped plant. Now she needs to race and veg as much as possible! I'll update my diary next week so you can see :)
