Threw 3 beans in dirt 2 popped so far. 2-3 is a winning record so i guess we are off to a decent start.
Day #4 I transplanted them into thier final pots. 5gal.
Things are going good so far I got both of them into thier final 5gal pots. Plant 1 seems to have some stress from the transplant or something a little discoloration and curling on the leaves but she will be fine after a little TLC. Plant 2 however has responded awesome and hasn't missed a beat she looks great.
Going good so far I tied the leaves down on one and I'm gonna let the other grow a bit before I start training it or messing with it. My eventual plan is to make feminized seed with these two so I'm gonna try to make a large low branch that I can been and make pollen with.
These babies are growing fast as shit I gave them a light trim once already when the fan leave got so big they were coving all the new growth and the whole inside of the plant, but I gave them a good trim yesterday and got most of the fan leaves and I also went ahead and tied down all the branches on plant 1 and the bottom branches/ lower canopy on plant 2. They look great still no signs of flowering, I honestly hope they go another 2 weeks before going into flower so I can make room in my other tent.
Just starting to show signs of preflower 5 weeks in. I'm using a branch on one to herm and make seeds so I will start documenting that soon once it starts showing anything. They're going along awesome as of right now though.
I might get my wish these babies are in pre-flower so looks like I'll get my wish of another week or so before flowering. Seems to be a long veg time but I'm not complaining "the best things in life always take time". I switched them into the tent with lemon ak and put it on a 20-4 cycle. Also I noticed a slight burn on the tips so im gonna try decreasing nutes back to 2ml/L.
These babies took a long time to go into flower but they're coming along amazing I think. I stopped training them except for the branch I'm herming so I can keep that branch seperate but they're on their way to being beautiful plants it looks like. I'm definitely pleased so far 😊.
They're coming along awesome I'm glad the plant I'm making seeds with is the indica dominant one she looks super frosty all ready. Started foliar spraying them with purple Maxx today day 60.
So I've noticed some deficiency issues in them this week. My new Ph tester will be here this week at some point, so hopefully I will have this problem fixed quickly and with little hinderance as possible. Also they stopped getting voodoo juice and started getting b52.
They're coming along awesome half way done. They are both looking amazing super frosty buds especially on the indica pheno I feel like the crystals are just more pronounced or bigger or something because both of these ladies are super crystaly but the indica one just sparkles more. Anyways pollen sacs are almost open finally. Has anyone ever seen purple pollen sacs? It appears that the ones on this plant are legit purple it's kinda crazy looking. Super frosty super purple kind of beautiful honestly.
So has anyone ever encountered purple pollen sacs? I'm not really worries about it or anything they just look crazy and a couple of my grower buddies haven't seen anything like it either. There's a pic in week 12 for reference.
I've never seen it in front of my eyes but I've seen a lot of pictures like yours with purple colours on the sacs.
The colour is nice but not the final result , if you have an hermie in your tent it will seldom pollinate and pollinate the others so nice purple sacs but totally useless ( unless you wanna make a cross with to keep the hermaphrodite genetic )
So the past two weeks have been pretty basic buds have densend up some. A few of the pollen sacs have started to open not many but a few. They are in separate tents now if you couldn't tell by the lighting. I'm gonna give plant 1 a final round of nutrition this week and start flushing it on week 16. She has some nice dense buds one her the trics are starting to milk up we will see how it looks come next week but I think it might be ready. Plant 2 still has a way to go I'm gonna pollinate it with itself and my friend is taking some as well so she still has at least another 6 weeks of life to go.
Day 105 I'm gonna start flushing plant 1 she's definitely ready some nice hard dense nuggs on her. Shes a super frosty plant smells excellent, I can't even wait to harvest her. Plant 2 I'm making seeds with so she still has like 6 more weeks or so. Nuggs aren't as dense or developed on this one but it's even frostier then plant 1. Final stretch it seems can't wait to smoke it.
This thing is super purple and super frosty 😍. The seed pods are starting to look mature, I'm gonna continue flushing for another week or so before I cut it down. Give the seeds just a little more time to finish up, cause the plant itself is well past done. I still have an 1/8 from the other plant haven't even gotten to enjoy it so this one is gonna be to smoke 😁😎🚬
