Regular cleaning of your system equipment will help to defend against algae growth. Adding a small amount of hydrogen peroxide to the reservoir may boost oxygen supplies to the roots of your plants and hinder algae growth. Keep things moving with a pump or a filter system. Algae seem to prefer still-standing and stagnant water, so keeping your water supply flowing may help to prevent growth and subsequent spread.

Hey there, I know it's scary the algae thing lol happened to me too and I panicked and removed the plant from the grow room, turns out algae is not so bad it's even a good sign and can lead to symbiotic relationship with the soil by producing nutrients like N . Basically it comes from vitathrive I think seems like the rooting agent is a kelp extract so that might be where it comes from. To kill off the growth use a different chelation agent like enzymes, beneficial bacteria or humic acid, or even 0.3% H2O2 if you're brave. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hey brother algae on your soil is being caused by watering to much. If you let the soil dry out about an inch dry on top then water she will start to see that algae go away . It's not extreme and it won't do anything bad to your plant even lowering the light a few inches may keep that algae down ... No worries and the girl is looking awesome man good work .

Wow! Your BD grows much faster then mine...is your 'day count' from planting/watering the seeds, or did you count from when the seed germinated? Perhaps my room temperature is too low...you're having 30° ...i only have 22°, sometimes less

@HighRoller909, Currently the temp is at 25° and yes i'll lower it later after veg stage, thx for your input! Strangely the white ice grows best, NL second, and the black domina is the slowest...

@Herbz_Unkraut, just for your information mate, lower room temperatures are ALWAYS much better than higher ones.Over 30C for a couple of weeks in late flowering is something you definitely wouldn't want to have.Buds getting fluffy, weak looking, much lesser yields... 22C is something great, trust me it's what I usually get in winter time and plants love it.Especially indica dominant strains like this one.Small plants are generally caused by insufficient feeding or extreme weather conditions or simply something weird in the growing medium

@MrWarning, I'm currently @ 60% RH Found this chart somewhere: RH: Clones: 60-80% RH. Vegetative stage: 50-60% RH. Early flowering stage: 40-55% RH. Late flowering stage: 40-50% RH (Can be as low as 30-35% depending on the strain).
