Hey there if you used good soil I'd wait a couple weeks at least. Then feed at half strength to start, definitely consider adding a calmag supplement if you don't already use one. And the high phosphorus use with caution and definitely at low measurements. Check the estimated growth time and give in the last 4-6 weeks. Also a good tip, once flowering starts go in and remove any shaded useless branches/budsite from the bottom. Happy growing, sorry about the low germination rate. Sometimes that just happens.
