Transplanted to final bed. Both plants doing ok, started to flower alittle early, confused as to why they won’t stretch more.

Confused as to what the trick to get an autoflower to stretch is, about half way thru grow and plants are very very short?

They're unfortunately not going to stretch much at this point , high roller is bang on there.. in the case of the polyculture planting, autos aren't the best choice, because of nutrient competition during early growth, also, your par on the hlg 100 is too low at 18" to flower, seedlings and preveg or week 1yes, bringing it down to 14-16 in flower, and 24hr light until it preflowers, then 186 hope this helps... On a side note, stinging nettle is known to increase essential oil production of neighboring plants👈👍 keep it Green!

Hi there. Usually when the light is raised the plant will stretch. But at this point ,since the started to flower, the need the light intensity. They do seem a bit short. Probably the will stretch some more in the next couple of weeks. But i want to ask you, what are all these other plants in the pots? Arent they competing for root space and nutrients with the autoflower?

they look hungry.interesting.because you list many nutrients for this week but they are very small and looking for getting fed.any miracle wont happen from now on as you seem to be in flowering and it will have a single cola,5-10 gr probably.sorry dude good luck for your next grow.

@LarftheRat, great mindset, keep trying the polyculture idea, when you do finally nail iit, I believe it to produce a higher quality medicine by far, through diverse microbiology. Maybe a trough style instead of pots... Keep it Green!👍👈

@Crwfz1, yes a bit much for such a small pot, although red clover alone is a great source of nitrogen on tap, but it must be chop and dropped regularly, not much root competition between the two species, and they occupy different parts of the above ground, but any time a poly culture is done, extra soil media must be taken into account for the extra demands on nutes and space
