Week three started out with this plant looking for water and space. Not as bad as her sister in the tent, Amnesiac, but starting to show signs. Both were saved by transplanting in their permanent five gallon cloth pots. You will notice the stress in the very bottom leaves in the left picture, the photo taken directly over the plant.
Her root ball was dusted with Dr. Earth’s Premium Gold dry organic fertilizer. This fert also contains Myco and microbes, which is why I did this. I contacted Dr. Earth about doing this before I did it. Through a series of emails, I can see why the people who use these products love the company. They went above and beyond for me. They were the ones who suggested dusting the root ball, and I can see it has had a very positive effect.
Edit: A special thank you and shout out to Oscar from Dr. Earth Organics!
Transplant was on 12/18. She still seems to resemble an indica but Spliff reassured me during another awesome customer support email conversation that the Sativa resemblance happens during flower. I really have to say, 2 fantastic customer support issues!
Thanks, again, to Spiff I know I need to flower soon. Probably on Monday, 12/30. These are both Sativa heavy and I really don’t want to risk the head-space in the tent. I originally wanted to do some LST but I feel I need to grow these naturally and do some lollipopping. I don’t know why, call it “The Force.”
Edit: Began flowering light schedule today, 12/26.
