This week has the flowering stretch slowing down considerably. Budlets are forming quite will. Amazingly copious under the main cola forming on the top. The polyploid bud is steadily getting larger. I am really interested to see what this will look like when mature. I have read differing things as far as potency and yield. I am guessing that this will be simply a larger, more dense cluster of flowers and the potency really won’t be effected. This week is my off week for top dressing. I did water her in with Molasses and Epsom salts, simply to give her an organic boost of carbs and magnesium to help her along with flowering. I should say, I fed the soil these things for her roots. Still no smell as of yet. I did add an oscillating fan in for more air circulation this week. I feel this may have an effect on how much the terpenes can diffuse into the air. When she starts growing her trichomes, I am sure that will change. It really is shocking me how fast she is growing and her health. Spliff Seeds has a really healthy genetic stock in house. I’m also enjoying the knowledge that I am growing strains that have been created with old school genetics that have been carefully bred to produce an amazing plant like this. I am sure next week will be even more intense as far as growth goes.
