So this beauty is already in progress, about 45ish days old now.
We have a supersoil type grow going using nftg 1 shot to amend coco loco.
During the grow the feed is water only 6 days a week and recharge 1 day a week.
This gal was topped at day 16, and ya cam see in the one pic that it only has 4 main branches to work with.
The plant has a crazy wide open stance and is trying to dominate half of a 2x4x6 tent.
This baby has started showing some purple in the budlets so im hoping for something really sexy here soon.
Going forward ill have this plant updated weekly along side FBTO1.
So far im enjoying my Fast Buds experience, easy growers and both if the plants i have going currently have been vigorous healthy plants.
Week 7 and this gal is cruising along!
We are tracking a couple of issues, some deficiencies that I suspect are mag, phosphorus, and potassium.
This is the 2nd plant of 9 to show pretty much identical signs.
I’ve added a bloom tea from roots organic to see how that affects the plant but I don’t think I’m gonna overly stress it.
Purple lemonades new growth is looking good and the buds are coming in with lots of nice purpling.
I’ll watch to see if the bloom tea helps, if the problem persists I might just have to ride it out as I’m close to full bloom and I won’t chase deficiencies in flower.
Pribs be more prone to cause other issues really.
Anywho, luving this beast of a plant. 20 inches tall and 30 inches wide lol. Can’t wait to see the buds when they’ve started fillin in!!!
So we’ve got another week in the books
Purple lemonade is screaming now, yellowing fast as she’s finishing up.
The buds tho. Omg they are sexy, the coloring, the frost.
I cannot wait to try this out.
I think I will be running this again as a part of my “fav strains of 2019” round, looking like that’s going to drop in February.
Catch ya next week tho with another update on this lady here!
Another week in the books.
Purple lemonade is still screaming as she blasts thru her store of nutes.
Still gonna finish strong and the buds. Wow the buds.
Rock hard, frosty purple nugs that smell like lemon. Cannot wait!!!!
I think pl has another 2-3 weeks then it might be getting chop.
Purple lemonade is still kicking and screaming lol.
She’s about a week from the chop, thank goodness as it’s hard watching her suffer thru this grow.
The buds are still amazing tho and they kick off a really sharp lemony smell that is very welcome in the tent!
I can’t wait to rerun this one and give it a bit more attention!
Smoke report will follow in about a week-week and a half.
Buds are rock hard tho not very big, or stacked.
I attribute that to the early early topping And my grow tho and not the genetics.
Color is awesome and the buds sparkle in the right light with frost.
Overall I’m pleased and will be running this strain again here shortly! I’m curious to see how she does with a little more tlc during the grow.
So I feel like purple lemonade is a nute hungry plant, it did not respond well to this lazy water only grow.
She did finish tho and I’m super excited to try a cured bud!
Frosty, and with a light scent of lemonade powder mixed in with a very gassy dank smell.
This plant actually probably had the best smell of any of the plants I’ve grown so far, during the end of the grow purple lemonade was kicking out a sharp lemony smell, ‘twas lovely!!
