2 days from popping seeds. Will be looking for good males for breeding from this stock. Looking for the fpog pheno from the Pebble pusher and a good gelato male to breed to the strawberry cough pheno i just finished.
Got the kiddos into solo cups for their first couple of weeks in the tent. They are showing a little bit of shock in the first set of leaves, but the new growth is coming in fine.
The kiddos are coming along just fine. The shock in the first set of leaves is isolated to them amd is not progressing in the new growth. Have a couple of the Pebble pusher that are lagging a little, but they are still in the safe range. No kulling happening this week.
Transplanted at the start of the week into their final 1 gal pots for this grow. Since this is a 12/12 from seed run i won't be going any bigger pot wise. This run is specifically for pheno and male hunt. Hoping i get a nice male from the Pebble pusher to collect pollen from for later crossing. The gelato only had one survivor, so i am hoping its a female. So far the Pebble pusher looks to be pretty uniform in phenotype expression, so am hoping i have the fpog pheno and not the chem pheno. Will have to wait and see...
Week 5 from seed sees two of the 4 survivors starting to show sex. One of the Pebble pusher is set a male and the Gelato survivor is female. The other two PPs have not started showing yet, but they were a little behind the other two. Now that i have a confirmed male of the pusher, this will be converting into a seed run for the tent. I will be letting the PPs seed for future seed stock and crossing with the gelato and a sour tangie i picked up from a buddy(the taller plant that is further along in the above full tent pic). The tangie has a lovely structure and a monster citrus odor. These will be fine additions to the seed bank. Will also be collecting pollen from the male to cross with my strawberry cough cut and some original fpog seeds i have that i will be running in my next cycle. This is going to be an awesome breeding year.
