it's not a question of spectrum with this light because of the white light, so it's just intensity and little seedlings can get stressed from too much light - best to avoid that and slowly increase the light intensity. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Dan088 Been a good week..Hot as Hell weather..Good growth but have adjusted feed and Cal mag...All ok.Fighting temp in tent as it's been in the mid 40s celcius outside.

Dan088 Well she is going ok..I did get a tiny amount of nute burn but corrected that easy..Temps have been brought under control,Had some brutal weather 46c outside.She has had her second run of LST and is responding well.Will update again next week..Happy Growing guys.😄

Dan088 Busy week for this girl,finally stopped stretching thank god as she has the light as far up as it will go.Feeding like a pig..bud sites everywhere,frost,and sticky as cotton candy..Smells amazing too.see U next week.

Dan088 Well tradgety struck...My girl copped a day of stinking hot heat over 40 in the tent and had passed away into Bud Heaven. I was away we had a power out and she just Fried...I was horrified as she was my first grow..😭 Anyway have a new Baby sprouted so not going to be put off and have learnt alot.Onto the Next girl...Thanks to those who have Helped over the last 10/11 Weeks...👌✋👍
