When I was younger lad and yet to enjoy the pleasures of growing for oneself , I was once handed a joint at a party of what turned out to be Jack herer from Sensi Seeds. The seeds had apparently been smuggled in after a trip to Amsterdam or something along those lines, but what I will never forget was the soaring Euphoric feeling after those first couple of tokes. I rember feeling as high as a kite but in the most enjoyable way. Everything seemed like it was the funniest thing I'd ever seen and I had a great time. Fast forward to 2019 and although I have had the pleasure of trying some pretty strong weed I have not had anything quite like that since. So finally I have Baby seedling of the famous Jack Herer from Sensi seeds which is by the way the Original Breeder of this strain which is where I had to start in my search of that Heavenly high. 👍

Hi all welcome back to my Jack Herer Diary. The little seedling is looking great and I transplanted her into a 60 Litre Pot filled with my Super soil mix. This is the Pot that I had another plant growing in (Purple Paralysis) that unfortunately Died so Rather than fill another pot The little Jack herer plant went straight in. So far it looks like I may have the Indica dominant pheno which is apparently a great smoke but not as good as the sativa pheno. Thanks for checking out my Diary again 👍

It was the day before Christmas and as I walk thru my Plants ... Not a creature was stirring, not even the ants. I fed them some water and gave them some love, whilst they enjoyed the sunshine from above. 😉 Sensi Seeds Jack Herer update 24th December 2019 My little baby girl is looking as cute as a button with her little fat leaves and healthy green glow. I usually update on a Wednesday but tomorrows Christmas so I'm doing a day earlier. The plants had nothing but water since week 1 so I'll give her a bit of Worm tea mixed with some seaweed solution. That should be ample as the pot was already prefilled with my super soil. Thankyou For looking in on my diary and have a great Christmas day tomorrow 👍👍

Sensi Seeds JACK HERER 31st December 2019 It's the Last day of the year and the little Jack Herer has a brand new home along with my other Photoperiod Plants. I erected a 3m x 2m x 1.8m Green House That completely covers the whole area. This Green house will serve a few purposes such as protection from any Rain during Flowering, Prying Eyes and Potential animal interference. Ive topped her now at the 5th node and other than that she's been left to her own devices to grow and thrive as she wishes. Speaking of wishes,,,, I would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year and I will be back Next Week for another Update. ***** The Video is of a visit from some Wild Red Tailed Black Cockatoos *******

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 6th week of veg completed 14th Jan 2020 Welcome back , Now even tho this girl isn't really all that impressive size wise , she is very very pretty with those Indica leaves and lush green colour. You can see where I topped her awhile back has now developed into two gorgeous Tops. I gave her a feed of some of the Dr Greenthumbs High tea i brewed up and she lapped it up as it contains everything your Soil needs to remain super healthy. That is all for this week I shall be back again next time same Bat channel 😄

Sensi Seeds Jack herer 7 weeks of veg Completed 21st Jan 2020 I think this plant is very nice looking , she has those beautiful Indica Dominant leaves like a kush and since I did the second topping , she has really started to develop more. I am going to take a small side branch from near the bottom of the plant and attempt to clone it. If it takes I'll either hit it with some sodium thiosulfate to make fem seeds or keep her as a Mother plant. Thankyou for checking out this weeks update for the Jack Herer , I will be back next week 👍👊

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 8 weeks of veg completed 28th Jan 2020 I performed some high stress training techniques (HST) to my Jack herer Girl during the week. Basically I pinched and bent the stems of the longest branches to make them grow horizontally rather than straight up in the air. I did this to keep the canopy reasonably even giving all the potential bud sites an even distribution of sunlight. Hopefully this will eliminate a lot of the "popcorn" small buds and create nice fat colas. We shall see in a few weeks time 😃 She also got a nice big drink of High tea which the plants really seem to love . Overall I am very happy with this plants health and characteristics. Thanks for stopping by 👍👍

Sensi seeds Jack Herer Indica dominant Phenotype 9 weeks of veg completed 4th Feb 2020 I'm in love with the looks of this plant , even tho it's not as big as some of my others, it has a lovely lushness and the Indica like leaves are simply beautiful. If last years outdoor grows are anything to go by , they started to flower in the 2nd week of Feb so I am anticipating this girl to begin to bud up in about a week. I hope it does stretch a bit during that time but we'll see what happens when it happens. only feeding water still as the soil seems to be well and truly adequate . Thanks for looking in at my update hope to see you next week 👍

Sensi seeds Jack Herer 10 weeks of veg completed 11th Feb 2020 Hopefully this will be the last week of vegetation and this girl starts to flower because I have ran out of room to train her . I managed to get her to cover the entire circumfrence of the pot and then some, using a combination of LST and HST . I also did the last topping about 10 days ago and won't be doing any more. The soil must still be very fertile as the plant itself looks really healthy and lush. Only water was given as I still haven't got around to extracting some worm castings from the worm farm. But it'll happen and when it does this girl will get half a kilos worth which I am sure she will appreciate. Also apart from the odd bite mark on a leaf the plant has remained pretty much insect free as far as pest insects are concerned. I put this down to the Companion Coriander plant that has been coexisting beside my Jack herer girl right from the start . Apparently most bugs dislike coriander and will purposely avoid it which is a win win for both plants. Thankyou for reading this weeks update and I will return next week hopefully with reports of Flowering beginning. 👍

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer week 10 Update 18th Feb 2020 Finally She's flowering. Now that all of my Photoperiod strains are flowering I can see the End is in sight. I performed the last of the HST I'll be doing to this girl on a few branches that were taller than the rest. Now that she's in flower mode I'll need to start introducing some of the Dr greenthumbs Bud and bloom mix. Ive already added about half a kilo of fresh worm castings to the soil and some Epsom salts to boost magnesium levels. As youll see in the above pics the plant is looking lovely and lush and when I rub the stems she eminates a marvelous smell I simply cannot describe. Really looking forward to this one 💪 Well that is all I have to report this week Thankyou for stopping by Grey_Wolf 2/18/20

Sensi seeds Jack Herer 25th Feb 2020 What a difference a week can make! She went Boom!! and stretched upwards perfectly. I can see budsites everywhere! All I need now is for the sun to come back out. We have had some wild, wet and windy weather here and have had very little sunshine. I will need to start tucking fan leaves soon so that all budsites get as much light as possible. before it rained lastnight I had been letting the plants soil dry out a little , so I'm sure the rain was welcomed. I will need to keep an eye on the rain guage and if we are getting too much I'll have to drag the pot under cover or risk them being overwatered. Checked Ph still stable @ 6.4 and that is about it for this weeks update. 👍 Cheers for reading please leave a like if you did indeed like this weeks update

Sensi seeds Jack Herer 3 weeks Flowering completed 3rd March 2020 Welcome back my friends and readers 😀 I'm as happy as a pig in shit today because the sun is back out !!! 😎 After 10 days of overcast , humid and damp shit weather It sure is good to see sun sunshine again. I performed some basic LST to spread the plant out further allowing more light and air penetration into the middle of the plant. Then I gave her a half cup of Dr greenthumbs bud n bloom qtr cup epsom salts and qtr cup of Dolomite lime . I watered all this in with a mixture of My worm tea and the High tea I brew once every 2 weeks. As you can see in the above pics she looks pretty healthy to me 😀 . Thanks heaps for taking the time to read this update and I shall be back next week with another. 👍

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 4 weeks of flowering completed 10th March 2020 💪💪 She's Got the spirit this one and is really growing to the expectations of my wildest dreams The Buds are very sticky and have a distinct aroma unlike anything else in my canna Garden. She still has about 6 weeks left before I can harvest her so anything could happen between now and then , but if I can get her right thru to maturity I think I'll have some of The Finest medicine available 👌 Been feeding about 7 Litres a day of either plain water or water with some added goodies . Tested Ph and soil temp was 6.4 and 22c Thankyou for reading this weeks update for my Mission Jack Herer diary . 👍👍

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 17th March 2020 Bloody raining cats and dogs here!! 😨 I had to drag my lovely lady under the cover of the Greenhouse as she was getting Flooded. 😐 I simply cannot take the risk of this plant being ruined as i want to smoke her so bad 😛 Until she dries out a little I'll be holding off any feeds but other than the rain issue The plant looks to be doing very well. The buds are fattening up nicely and the plant has an overall healthy look about her. Ph 6.4 Soil temp 18 I hope everybody is keeping themselves and their families safe and healthy during this Corona virus pandemic. It's quite scary for us here at the moment as we have my 95 year old Grandmother living here who would be very vulnerable to this Virus. Stay safe all & I will see you next week 👍👊 God bless

Sensi Seeds Jack herer Organic 6 weeks of Flowering completed 24th March 2020 Hi everyone I hope you are all keeping well and away from any crowds 😨 I am not sick but self isolating along with my family here at home . I was worried for this plants future 2 days ago as well when I found a tiny spot of Budrot on a cola 😱😩 I chopped it out immediately and after washing my hands again I inspected the whole plant . Luckily I found nothing else but with the humidity the way it was I thought the plant was doomed . But as luck would have it the weather changed for the better and I was able to mover her back back out from inside the greenhouse and into the fresh air and full sun. I believe it was the greenhouse humidity that caused the problem however If i hadn't of moved her in there she would have recieved 60mm of rainfall on her which would have been much worse. There is no way that I will be able to get them past the 9 week mark with April weather here forecasted to be cold and wet. So they will probably get chopped within the next three weeks. Now she's out in the sun I gave her a 15 Litre mix consisting of Monsta bud @10mls/L & Seaweed solution @1ml/L I also added some dolomite lime and epsom salts plus some Mycorrhizae Ph 6.4 Cheers for checking out my mission jack herer update Stay safe and well I'll see you next week 👍

Sensi seeds Jack herer 7 Weeks of flowering completed 31st March 2020 Mission Jack herer is getting closer and closer to completion with every day that passes. Luckily there has been no more mold on any of the buds and maybe that is because I have drastically changed my watering schedule to only once a week this is to keep the moisture at a mininum so that mold isn't likely to grow. The one feed I do give her is a 10 litre mix of water containing Ozi tonic @10mls Litre , because the weather has been quite wet and much cooler she doesnt seem to be needing any extra watering anyway which is a bonus. Other than that I don't have anything else to report this week Take care everybody and thanks for reading my diary update . 👍

Mission Jack herer Sensi Seeds Jack herer Organic Indica Dominant phenotype 8 weeks of Flowering completed and Plant chopped down 7th April 2020 Thats it folks she reached 8 weeks and I chopped her down straight after taking the above pics. During the last 7 days I had to chop out little buds here and there that had mold on them. So as soon as we had a run of fine weather I decided to do a quick flush and take her down today. She was super sticky and I forgot to wear gloves so my fingers were black by the end of cutting everything off the plant and hanging it to dry. I rolled myself a nice little finger hash ball and had a toke on it this arvo. 😍👌 Very Nice 😁 Next update will be the harvest one so keep an eye out for it 😀 Thanks for stopping by. 👍

So finally I have Baby seedling of the famous Jack Herer from Sensi seeds which is by the way the Original Breeder of this strain which is where I had to start in my search of that Heavenly high. 👍 Fast Forward again another 18 weeks and I have come to the end of what I consider a great grow and learning experience. I cannot give it a 10/10 because whilst it's VERY POTENT it is not the same type of high as what I described in week 1. Another reason for not being able to give it a 10 is the mold issue. I was having trouble as early as 5 weeks into flowering in a greenhouse environment. If and when I grow this one again I will need to maintain a much lower humidity. So for Taste 9/10 Smell 9/10 Mold resistance 4/10 Resin 9/10 Growth vigor in veg 7/10 Stretch 150% Flowering development was quite fast That pretty much brings us to the end of this grow diary and whilst I still haven't found that ultimate high again with this phenotype I still declare Mission Jack Herer ACCOMPLISHED Thanks to all who read and liked from week to week I will take some better bud pics in the next few days and add them to this update Grey-Wolf
