Been having a lot of sickness in my family as of late - seasonal I think. Either way, I'm feeling good enough to hit the gym. So I'd say that's a success in the health department haha. You're plants look like thier doing really well, I'm also doing a Mephisto genetics strain - Auto S.O.D.K . I've defoliated it and it's doing pretty well tbf. Its pre flowering/ pre flower stretching. Happy growing
