I'm very excited to be growing this mystery strain from 420 FastBuds as part of testing for the new strains they will be releasing in the new year so keep your eyes peeled for them folks. This one popped it head after 2 days and started stretching straight away so I made a small hole to bury the stem a little bit as it helps with my LST. I will probably start giving weak dose of nutrients in a few days but it looks ok on just water for now. It is in a 120x120x200 tent with just one 315w cmh on it at the moment and I'm using Canna Coco Coir with Perlite in smart pots. Temps are looking good and humidity is a little low at 40% so I may have to get a humidifier, I'll see how it goes.
Just a normal week here. I have started giving a weak solution of feed because the leaves are going a bit yellow, just 1ml per litre of the A&B Canna nutrients and some Cannazym. I will see how it goes in the next few days and maybe think about increasing the nutes slightly to try and get some green back into those leaves.
A great week for this young lady. I have started feeding it with a dose of weak nutrients and it seems to be loving it. New growth is coming faster now and it looks like I will be able to top it pretty soon, probably next week. No problems to report.
This one is coming along nicely. I topped it this week and it has recovered pretty and I am starting to do a little bit of training on it. I will be putting in a scrog net soon for the first time so it will be interesting to see how it goes. No problems to report at all so I upped the feed a little bit and it seems to like it so will keep an eye on it and think about increasing the nutes soon.
So this Test Strain Number 3 is coming along very nicely, I have upped the nutrients slightly by 0.5ml per litre and it seems to have taken it well. No problems to report. I will be giving it a little tidy up and stretch out a bit more.
This one is really booming now so it think it will not be long until I start flowering it but I need to give it a proper defoliation before I think about that. No problems to report, plant is looking nice and healthy, I will keep it on it's current feed until it gets a bit bigger.
This plant is looking a very nice shade of green, lush and healthy. I have upped the nutrients slightly and it has taken it rather well. I will need to give it a little hair cut soon in preparation for flowering so it can focus upward growth.
So it won't be long now to the flip. This plant is looking so lush and healthy, I've been keeping it on the same feed as it really likes it but is showing slight yellowing at the tips of the leaves so I won't increase the feed. I've put it under a scrog net but I don't think it is really doing much, my own method of training has given the similar effect of scrog anyway so everything is spread out quite nicely. I'll give it a good trim soon before I make the switch to 12/12
So this week I have been keeping the feed at the same level and everything looks fantastic, so healthy looking. So I have given it a good trim this week and took off a lot of undergrowth and a few little branches that would never amount to anything but suck up valuable nutrients that could be going to the rest of the more established parts of the plant, so next day after the trim and it doesn't even look like it has affected it at all. Very nice 💪💪
This plant is looking so nice right now. I've kept it on the same level of nutes as I don't see no reason to change as it like it so much. No problems to report at all, it has been such an easy grow so far. Next week I will start flowering.
Not much to report this week other than everything is going according to plan. The plant looks really healthy and has no problems. This is my favourite part of growing, watching those buds develop. I gave it the last veg feed just to give it that last boost and will start with flowering nutes as soon as I can see some hairs forming.
Another great week for the test strain number 3. The buds are coming along nicely now and the smell is getting a little bit stronger. So I started it on the flowering nutes and it is really loving it. There seems to be a little bit of stretch but not a lot. Can't wait to see how this goes. I have given it a little trim towards the end of the week just to open it up a bit.
I love the progress of this one. Leaves are starting to go a bit lighter so I have added some cal-mag in with the feed. The buds are getting some nice thickness to them and the smell is increasing. Not a huge amount of trichomes at the moment so I will keep an eye out in the coming weeks. No problems to report.
Every day I look at this one it just seems to fatten overnight. Leaves are looking ok and the buds look fine. There are no problems to report at all. Out of the 3 strains I am testing this one seems to have the biggest buds up to now.
A great week for this one. Buds are going nicely, tight and compact and the smell has hints of citrus and grapefruit. This seems to be a very hardy strain and it looks lovely. I will be starting the flush next week and lets see how it soes.
So I have stopped the nutes now and I'm just giving water, leaves are turning yellow and some nice colours coming out, pistils are turning brown as well but still a few white ones. Not long left now to the chop.
I was really pleased with this one. It was quite hardy, after topping and trimming it bounced back strong. It took good feeding and never gave me any problems at all. Highly recommended smoke with heavy body stone effect and a sweet flavour.
