Great White Shark Auto-Canada legal grow

Not much really to report, the 2 seeds took 3 days to pop up- Still nothing from the 3rd BUT it also didn't crack open in water while germinating.. SO 2/3 aint bad. I will be waiting a few days and transplanting these autos into 3 gallon pots and put on 12/12 :) 2019.12.29 third one didn't pop up, kept trying and decided to give up! stoked about these girls, they are thriving in my tent.

They are doing very well, roots are wanting to expand the solo cups- im planning on transplanting them into 3G fabric pots instead of moving up in size gradually. I guess because they are autos the veg stage isn't long so I don't want to piss them off.. I think transplant in a few days or so and then putting them on 12/12 light schedule. Looking forward to what the girls will do! not sure what kind of training to do, probably just wait and see how they grow. Jan 03- Transplanted to 3G pots and on Jan 04 put 12/12 light schedule.

Well I officially flipped the autos to 12/12 bloom/ put in the tent with my budding TW. Not a ton to report back, these girls are just doing their thang. Using PH balanced water.

This week I noticed MAYBE i might be overfeeding these two girls. The bottom fan leaves are curling. They are getting a pretty thick stalks and alot more strength. I think they look pretty good so far! No nutes cus I have organic soil but we shall see how this plays into action with autos. I had a power outage yesterday which was for about 1.5 hours so hopefully didn't effect them too badly. Jan25/20 I think they have nitro toxicity, I am using an organic soil that is setup to feed 2 months of nutes, not having planned these autos- they are already showing pistils and growing rapidly by the day, leaves are still curling temp is 22 during the day 17/18 during lights off. I PH tested soil and water before, water is 6.2, soil tested 6.5 runoff is 6.6 I havent given them ANY nutes besides whats in my soil- Am I going to lose these girls or just stump the progress? JAN 26/20 OK so thank you everyone for the suggestions, I have moved my light down a few inches, I did a flush this morning with nutes, added a tiny bit of flora micro in for nitrogen just in case- and hope they will recover! My soil has 0.12% nitrogen and my bottled nutes have 5% nitrogen in flora micro and 0 in flora bloom. I;m hoping these girls are just lacking in nutes and this will bulk those bitches back up!

Well this week was a huge learning curve, shoutout to @jinks101 for being a great mentor and helping me with these two girls. SO I think it's nitro toxicity or they needed nutes. My soil only has nitrogen in it, and after reaching out to the company I learned I need to supplement more. They are lanky af, but I also think having my light not as close for sure did that stretch. I;'m not really happy with these two but it's my first autos and first grow in general. They are starting to show pistils. The first sets of fan leaves are basically a write off due to the curling, but the last sets so far hasn't been effected. I will continue to give them nutes and keep my eyes peeled. PH of soil, water and runoff all good, RH is 50 % ISH fluctuates a little bit but overall steady.

So this has been a better week, as you can see they have gained alot of height. The internodes are closer and tighter now that I adjusted the light. Stalk is thick but they are still a bit filmsy I think the calmag is doing the job, along with giving bloom nutes. It's pretty sad how bare they are, but I think that was my fault having the light too far away in the beginning. Only a few more weeks until these girls should be done! Hoping mostly to gain the knowledge from this grow, I don't think i'll be doing autos again, as I love the veg stage. Hope everyone has a great week!👽 FEB10 update + video

They did alot of growing again this week, tall and lanky, bud sites are forming more this week, lots of pistils. I experienced some light burn throughout the week due to not being able to rig my light up high enough for their constant growth. Light is at its HIGHEST now it could be, rigged up pretty good. RH is good same with temp, i've gotten better with keeping it pretty constant. The smell... is... weird? I have no sitting water, or high humidity but this funky smell- so I get near to the bud sites- yep its that. I don't know what this strains profile is, I can't recall if i've ever smoked it but it was seeds given to me. Some of the upper fans are a bit warped due to my fan being so intense, I think the nitrogen toxicity is through but fingers crossed. That's all I have to update you on! Getting excited to see how these two turn out.👽 MONDAY FEB 17/2020 Flushed plants today, trying to get ahold of why my plants look like trash. Been a rough week for all plants, hoping this will help and that I will see an improvement by Update diary day.

This week.. I tell ya.. Probably the most stressful so far. Thanks to my pal Jinks, i'm going to try to start a more in depth journal. I'm a space case/heavily stoned so writing physically in a journal should help. Started to get more droopy feb13th, and everyday has gotten worse/ my light is at maximum/cannot move up anymore/light burn is going to increase. I did a flush of all plants on February 17/ 8am BUT i flushed with nutrients, bloom +calmag. I was hoping that the flush would help clear out old nutes since they have been looking extra sad and droopy this week. At this point I almost didn't want to upload this diary anymore, but really it's for me, FIrst grow, first autos, first everything. They had a shitty start to life and now they are punishing me for it lol. It seemed like since I switched my water from distilled 6.1 to tap 8.2 PH everything started to go downhill. But that's probably another issue I made along the way. Hey were seeing pistils and just hope for the best. I cut mostly all floramicro out, i don't want any nitrogen besides whats in the calmag. I will probably have to start flushing with pure PH balanced water once the pistils start changing color/or if they do? It's an auto so i'm assuming I should flsuh 1/2 weeks before harvest? SIDE NOTE/ I hate the smell of this plant.... Its profile is woodsy/pine/earthy and it smells FUNKY in the tent wow. Hoping it will taste better than the smell so far.

Feb 26/2020 💤 Well Today marks 10 weeks from seed! I think they are a few weeks behind. As you can see some light burn on the top fan leaf, a lot of sad looking leaves actually( nothing new ) The good news is that I think they reacted well to the flush I did last week. I have learned so much during this small auto project and wow, a lot to learn and FAST. I think that this MIGHT be my last feed of nutrients depending how she looks in the next couple days, not totally sure just going to watch them go! Overall i'm not happy how they turned out, but it's a learning process and I know what to do when things like this happen again.👍 If you have any recommendations on soil for my next grow, or should I make my own? That's a whole different ballgame haha. Not much to report back on, taking it one day at a time. Happy growing 👽

Well, I did get a microscope// so I've been enjoying that haha. I found the first amber pistils today! Exciting. I'm going to say this every diary, but I hate the smell of this plant blooming... but sometimes that's just how it goes. They still look like crap// but the buds are looking pretty good! I have a feeling they are going to be an abundance of kief from this bud! 👽 I remember having pressed kief of this strain, and it tasted almost minty/pine? It wasn't my favorite, but these seeds were given to me for free. Maybe I could bake with this! Not sure what my plan is, as of now harvest when they are ready. My supplies are arriving today for harvest time// i'm excited to do this and see if my hard work and stress paid off! I am proud of myself for not giving up.

March 11// 2020 Today was the first day of flush// since this is an auto, i'm pretty clueless when to start, but I have been looking under a microscope, they have MORE orange pistils this week// they were supposed to be done 8-10 weeks, and we are week 12. So to be safe, and since i'm in soil and it takes 2 weeks, i'm going to start. The smell has got ALOT better from these plants// if you look back through the diaries, I mentioned I hated the smell// smelt like woody, wet, musky/ pine/ earth. Which is not my jam, but now that smell has lifted away, maybe since they are maturing. Let's cross our fingers hoping these gals fatten up a tiny bit more and will be ready soon! They have grown alot in a week, so i'm excited. Thanks for all the guidance on my first weed journey. 👽

March 18//2020 Autos only got 1 feed this week and it was a flush// fed today again plain PH balanced water. I've just been kind of leaving these alone, seeing some amber pistils arrive this week which is nice. They look very pretty covered in trichomes. As of today, we are week 13, seeds supposed to be 8-10 weeks// but there was set back from the very beginning. Hey, at least i've kept them alive, and learning from it. Let's hope these ladies are going to be ready soon!👽

March 25.2020 This week i really just let them dry out 100% last time I fed them was last Weds for the diary// I did do a larger feed of PH balanced water last week so they were ok. I'm noticing a ton of color change in the smaller one, it's turning dark purple compared to the other which is very green and frosty. Since i've been starving them of nutrients for 2 weeks now, you can tell because the fan leaves are starting to change. Buds haven't fattened up much more so I think this is as good as it's going to get with my first autoflower experiment.. I learned so much and my brain is gushing with new knowledge. BIG question is, are they ready for harvest? Looking at the trichomes, they look milky? Or are my eyes playing tricks on me.. This is week 14, so they are now 4 weeks past original harvest window date. (8-10) as breeder suggests.. SO I think this weekend I will put in darkness for 48 hours and harvest on Sunday March 29! EDIT- Going to let them go for another week, I think they should show me they are ready// I want to see at least a few amber trichomes. Thanks for following this weird diary! 👽

I was suppose to harvest last week but didn't want to do it too early. Hoping the buds would do a final fatten up/ more amber. Only amber on sugar leaves, but i'm mentally done with these two. Haven't gone good since the start but i blame it on my own lack of experience and knowledge/ being a noob. As you can see// these two look SO different from eachother. one is more purple. the other is very green.... Flushed for over 2 weeks with ph balanced water. I will update with the harvest once they are cut, trimmed and ready to be cured. 👽

April 5/ chopped down, 4.6 oz wet stalk smelt SO sweet, darker purple plant smells like berries/earthy - can't wait to see how this turns out. These plants were a disaster from early veg and inexperience, fertilizer, soil etc, but i'm lucky to have learned alot and made some friends along the way! April 9/2020 20 grams dry, though it looks like alot more... will update harvest in few weeks after curing.

Growing this, I had no knowledge of growing much/ NOR have any experience with autoflowers.. I feel with my inexperience I have failed these plants to show their full potential. But I also learned so much useful things for my next grow. I'm kind of glad I hit all my problems in this grow, so i can move forward and apply all the knowledge to the next grow. I am thankful for everyone who has helped guide me in the right direction.
