Welcome back growmies!!! Huge welcome back and thanks for stopping in on my page. The holidays were a pretty busy time but I managed to get my tent and all of its parts set up over the holidays. I had the plants under a fluorescent for 10-12 days while I was away for the holidays and as a result they stayed in the seedling stage. I had just enough time to get them transplanted into slightly bigger bags, set the tent up with inline fan, circulation fan and light just before I left again (for the last time in a while) Ive included this entry into week two along with a picture of the new setup. Im away again for a week and I've got my Scynce LED set to 35% intensity in hopes to manage growth while I am away from home. Strain: Moon Boots bred by Archive Seed Bank Tent: 2" X 4" @highdrogro Light: Scyence Dragon S Turbo 450 Watt LED Light Cycle: 18/6 Soil: Black Swallow Living Soil, KIS organic mix Air Circulation: AC Infinity Cloudline T6 Inline Duct Fan 1/4 gallon seedling bags: Honor Cannabis

Things are moving along quite nicely! I have gradually increased the light intensity to 50 then 60 and now 70. I have also added a little red to the spectrum. The plants seem to be loving it and I am absolutely THRILLED with my Scynce LED. What a great light! I can't wait to see the growth as I scale up to 100 intensity. Ive watered once but I want to let the pots dry out slightly before I add any more water. Another adjustment I have made is setting the AUTO settings on my AC Infinity T Series inline duct fan. I have a min/max temp range of 75-80F and a min/max humidity of 65-75%. Takes a little work out of it for me and the fan will adjust its speed to maintain that environment. I have also added a very small humidifier to maintain the temperature. When the plants moved into the soil bags I added some Big Foot Mycorrhizae powder to help get the roots going. Final note is I just topped the ladies this morning. Trying to grow shorter bushy plants to maintain the small space of the 2X4 so ill be topping and LST in the near future. As always thanks for stopping by! Heading into week 4. I just transplanted out of the 3/4 bags. I finally got a PH tester and it turns out that the water from my Zero Filter was 4.0. I also had the lights a little too close to the plants and was noticing some lock out. It appears that they have recovered and are on the right track but I will keep a close watch. One in particular is thriving while the other two show some leaf discolouration (see the attached picture). When transplanting I lined the holes with Big Foot mycorrhizae then a light top dress of bokashi and insect Frass. This will take a few weeks to get into the soil and I've mixed a small cover crop of alfalfa and clover with the top dress. Finally there is a 1/2" layer of rice hauls mulching the plants. I've added an ESU from @growratio and so far its great. While I'm not 100% what to do with the information to maximize my environment I'm enjoying being able to track it closely. Small update for this week. I was fairly busy but I did snap these few pics. I was having a small issue prior to transplant and if you look at the pictures you can see it was still an issue. Some yellowing tips and leaves. After speaking to some growmies I wanted to test my ph so I bought a bluelap PH pen and it turns out the water from my home filter was coming out at 4.0. I changed the filter but I think the issue carried through with the transplant for a few days. I did not add any water this week as the soil bags are large and they seem to have stayed moist. One thing I did do after taking these pictures was remove some of the rice hauls as I believe I had added too much. I removed a few of the bottom yellowing leaves but otherwise did not touch the plants this week. Welcome back growmies!!! This week in veg the ladies got another topping. They also received a foliar spray and a minor spectrum adjustment. Finally I did a small trimming of the skirt, I took off just a few small lower branches/leaves. Hoping to keep everything clean and good circulation around the base of the plant as they get bigger. After speaking with a few other ScynceLED growers I changed my spectrum slightly. I added in a touch of red and brought the overall intensity up to 85. They seem to love it so I am most likely going to leave it here until flower. The foliar spray they got was a combination of Mountain Organics foliar combined with a small amount of the fresh fish fertilizer. I did this about an hour before lights out so that they had some time to dry before dark and also they won't burn with the light. I think I will have to get a scrog soon to keep the canopy even. The cover crop popping through is a combination of alfalfa and clover. They have had 1L of water each on the top to keep it slightly moist. Otherwise no water has been added. Welcome to week 7! Almost time to flower and things are looking good. Since last week I did some light defoliation and cleaning up of the bottoms over a few days. I also lightly tied some of the branches out to allow a bit more light penetration but also to spread the canopy. This week (at the end of the week) the plants got one water containing a 2tsp of kelp, and 2 tsp of freeze dried coconut. The ladies also got one foliar spray with Mountain Organics sprouts, citrus and Rita oil combined with a small amount of Method 1pps (see picture in week 6). Temperature and humidity has really been steady thanks to the help of my Grow Ratio ESU and fans. Hoping I can keep this rate of growth into flower. So I am not technically sure if this counts as the first week of flower OR if I am supposed to wait until the actual flowers start but I switched to 12/12 this week. I am following the recommended spectrum from Scynce LED (see photo) and will continue to change it to the recommended spectrums for flower. I have not yet watered this week as typically I have been updating on Sundays I will update this post sometime this week when I water. I added a 2nd Air King fan you can see in the picture. The lower fan is on speed 1 and the higher fan is on speed 2. They have received a light defoliation oner the last couple days. Lower leaves that are inward facing have been removed. They received some LST as they went into flower. Spreading out and creating an even canopy to help fill out the tent. Welcome back all my growmies!!! So technically I'm not sure if this is week 1 or week 2 of flower. It IS the first week I've seen signs of sex though. Seeds are fems but I can see clearly they all have white pistils now. Over the past week the plants have had 1 watering. In the water for 4 gallons of water there was 2 tbsp of fish hydrolysate and 2 tsp of freeze dried coconut. The plants also received a light top dress of about 2tbsp per pot of Bokashi and insect Frass. Overall im pleased with how these plants are growing. Extremely vigorous. Every day I have been doing some defoliation removing some of the larger, lower and inner fan leaves, as well as cleaning up the larf and some small shoots coming out as I begin to lollipop. I try not to remove a lot at once but I do seem to have a good pile and by the next day it seems as if nothing was even cut at all. Hey everyone, As always thanks for following on with my grow. As you all know this is quite a crazy time in our lives and there is a lot going on. I hope my post will help distract someone for a few minutes and take their minds off COVID - 19 at least for a minute. I had two waters during this week. One was just water about 6L per plant and the other was the same amount of water with 1/8 tsp potassium sulphate and 3 tbsp of fish hydrolysate. The plants also received a top dress with bokashi pro gro and some insect Frass. I am going to limit adding anything outside of water as they are quite green and I'm hoping to promote the growth of flower from here on out. While I have not done one large defoliation I have been doing a smaller one daily. This has included removing lower leaves as well as some of the inward facing large fan leaves. Stay safe and thanks again for stopping by. Hello Everyone and welcome back! Its been another tough week so I hope you are all hanging in there safe. So in this week at the start I did a pretty good defoliation to allow more light penetration and to clean up the lowers on the plant. By the time I took these pics it is hardly noticeable. During this week I also did two waterings. The first was 20L of water with 3tsp freeze dried coconut and 3 tbsp of microbial mass. The 2nd was 20L of water with 1/8 tsp of sulphate of potash, 3 tsp coconut, 50ml liquid kelp and 4 grams of TM7 Ful-Humix. After this most likely I will only use the freeze dried coconut for the remainder of flower. Its really cool to see the flowers develop and watch them start to swell. While they were younger I had added a few bamboo poles but I added 2 to each pot trying to stick to the outsides of the pot as I did it to not damage the roots too much. I think they will get heavy enough to need support so I am trying to be proactive to protect them. The flowers have a pretty great smell happening when I open up the tent. Hello fellow growmies, With everything going on around us I was a little busy and wasn't able to get a post up so I'm doing two. Luckily I took multiple pictures over the past weeks so I can still share pics. I didn't do/add anything this week except for freeze dried coconut powder and water. Hope everyone is staying safe out there! Hello my good growmies! This week I managed to take a few more pics as I hadn't been able to update last week. Things are looking good and I am in the home stretch. I removed some of the large fan leaves and have only watered with freeze dried coconut from BuildASoil. The smell is awesome and I cannot wait to chop! Just have to maintain a lower humidity for the remainder of the grow. Happy growing, stay home and stay safe everyone. Hello Growmies, As you all know shits a bit crazy out there. I haven't had much time to take too many pics but things are humming along and I did get some close ups. I have been gardening and at this stage of the grow its pretty simple. Water every 3-4 days and the only thing I have added is freeze dried coconut from Buildasoil.com. 3 tsp per 5 gallon. Smell is getting pretty dank. Love having this soil dialled in as it makes the grow so easy. Might consider a blumat system in the future but I do enjoy the process. Welcome back growmies. As mentioned last week due to the current state of the world things I haven't been taking as many pics and updates. Hope everyone is safe and healthy at this crazy time. Im in my last week and I just dropped all the red out of the spectrum on my Scynce LED for the last couple days 48-72 hours depending on how the trichs look. Living soil has been treating me well and in the 7 gallon bags I only have to water every 3-4 days. All I have added since week 5 is use a little freeze dried coconut I got from buildasoil in the waterings. Overall the trichs are swelling right up and the smell is super dank. Im in the final countdown to harvest and excited to chop my first ever indoor grow. I have learned so much and will make a few tweaks to the next run. This indoor run was so much fun and I learned a ton on the way. I harvested the plants on day 68 of flower (I know this post is a bit late as things got a bit crazy with the current Covid situation. I harvested the plants whole and dried them all in the tent. They were dried at about 55RH and 62F. I left one fan and the inline fan as well to help the circulation during drying. in one of the top buds on the lime green Pheno I had one spot of what I think was botrytis. I noticed it early and cut it off the plant. Im not 100% sure but the inside of the bud didn't look right anyways so I got rid of it. This was a great plant to grow. All three strains were pretty similar but just different enough to keep the grow fun and interesting. One Pheno was this awesome lime green with really dense nugs. The other two have loads of crystal and nice purple colours to them.
