Hello! For this setup i´ll use Optic 1 XL in a 80cmx80cm tent, (indoor grow), with temperature, humidity and air flow controled... Have heard great things about Real Cookies and now it´s time to grow it! Have successfully germinated 2 seeds out of 2 using the easy start kit from RQS, 100 % rate! (made a DIY box and used the wireless router to keep it warm) Notice this seeds have sprouted in less than 48h it´s a personal record to me! I´m using Janeco light mix and prepared the soil with the the easy boost organic nutrition before reporting the seedlings... It´s time to turn on the lights and let the mother nature do the magic!

Been very cold so i nurse them with a radiator regulated to make the entire bedroom warm at 21º / 25º, feeding only with water and taking the easy bost organic nutricion they mastered survival mode 😀

Hello Week 3! Just started LST and will continue to bend it over the next couple of days! Found especially hard to keep the cable wires stuck in to the soil, however with some patience all ended well without damaging roots or at least i hope so 🙏 Feeding for the 1st time since seeds had sprouted at day 20! Royal Cookies Automatic is thriving 😀 Day 21 started to create a tree house in an old Royal Jack Auto for no reason 😂

Week 3 Very hard to control humidity levels and temperature, so far so good but i´ve busy doing readings in thermohigrometer, sometimes i need to warm more the place other times give less warm, and same for humidity! plants are developing very well, not so far as expected... but it´s my first winter grow! 😌 Not so much to say about feedings... i´m just following the instrucions and given recomended dosages!

Week 5 This week i´ve been busy at work and have less time than usual to be with my babies, with some distractions on my mind, i started to give them less water than usual, mostly because the weather outside played tricks with my mind hahaha it´s been raining like HELL the whole time and I forgot about checking the humidity of the soil... By the end of the week the soil was completed dried! This unfortunate happenings provided a nice flushing once i´ll start now to change feedings to flowering phase! I predict some leaves will fade with the severe dehydration with possible colour changes, lets see how this strain will deal with some stress!

Week 6 At the beginning of the week I had to replace a fan... found that it was not producing the same air flow as should be and I moved the heater from the growtent a few cm! Also recovering the humidity conditions of the substrate that had been neglected in the previous week seemed to help the plants to start recovering from some stress! I plan to defoliate a few more leaves in the coming days! 😤 feels like i´m sending a son to war, every time i take a leaf 😅 Any good advices on possible deficiencies visible in the photos? 👌

Week 8 This week i ´ve been defoliating the cookies and stopped to give them nuts after some signs of stress on leaves, they are curling up and get burn out on their tips, this is most visible on pot 1 who´s appearing to be a sativa pheno! On the other hand Pot 2 who appears to be more indica pheno are showing more resistance to nuts! I Just been feeding them with ph water and have increase the distance for the ligths, I dont relate the burns on my leaves from that but with the temperatures on outside changing so drastic and the entire grow been heated and sealed (in order to save some money on energy) i only opened the windows to refresh the air two or tree times this week for a couple of hours generaly at 12 oclock to dont have my temps changing from 22 degres to 8 degres 😱, not the best conditions and not my easiest grow but what can i say? You can look them an judge... to me they are fucking Hero´s... They became thirsty, suffered from insufficient air flow, suffered slight burns for 24 hours of continuous light from the seed until now and still suffered from excessive fertilization but the ladies didn't fall off their high heels 🙌

So... my "sativa" pot1 pheno are maturing faster than my "indica" pot2 pheno and both are showing signs of stress visible on leaves, with tips curling up and getting burn, started with some yelow on tips and progressebly burn, this is affecting the upper region! should i flush?
Solved
Leaves. Edges burnt
Leaves. Curl up

Hello, So I've never been a fan of the 24 hr light period...I think all living things benefit from rest or sleep. So i would definitely change that down to a 20/4 or 18/6. But looking back on week 5 i see some low leaves getting yellow between the leaves which makes me always think magnesium deficiency. If unchecked it will progress through the plant. It can be caused by high nutrient levels watering practices etc. So i would personally change the lights, and consider adding in a calmag supplement. Hopefully the problem can stop and at least not progress, but unfortunately the damaged leaves shouldn't recover. Good luck with the problem solving. Happy flowering. ✌️

Week 9 Started this week flushing with plain water 4 times my pot size then followed directly with a 1ml per litre mix of Cal Mag and 75% recommended nutrient mix pH to correct value in order to treat deficiencies showed last weeks! I assume it was a PH issue... even so, i increased also the distance from my lights! The buds of pot1 seems to have fatten a lot and looking at overall progress of this girl i might harvest the top buds in a few days and leave the rest of plant to mature. Slower development on pot2, this one have huge space betwin internodes and i´m dissapointed with the small size of her buds so far ! The smell are delicious (subjective i know but i love it 😅) and it´s getting very strong 💪!

Week 10 The Trichomes are cloudy and some are amber, their production are so huge that looks like a snow blizzard frosted over the nugs! The Plant has dryed after a flush and been left in complete darkness 2 days ago! The smell reek the entire house! It´s time for Harvest! 👌 RQS fabric pots 😎 VS cheap ebay fabric pots 💩 Extra oxygen to the roots can help extend cannabis growth rates, in RQS pots, cannabis plants will not become “root-bound”, which is when roots cover the ends of the container and “choke” the plant. It is a very big problem for any plant to become root bound, but in these, that doesn’t happen since the plant will receive plenty of air, which will lead to the plant naturally “air pruning” itself, and forgoing the roots wrapping around the container edges. Because the air comes in from all sides, your plant will receive a lot of oxygen, and thereby avoid getting “wet feet” from overwatering. When water sits in your pot for too long, it can lead to root rot and other diseases that put your crop at risk. Because of such consistent air-filtration, pots will have to be irrigated more frequently because the soil will continually dry out from the exposure. Still your plants will ultimately be protected from over watering and the problems that arise from it. This pots comes with handles, which makes transportation easier and they´re built with top quality materials, wich make them more rigid than cheap fabric pots that i experienced before, rigidity means easily moving pots around and RQS pots rigid shape reduces damage to plants and roots during transportation and prevents from folding over during filling or watering. RQS fabric pot provide maximum aeration and moisture retention for optimal growth. Thanks for turning on and tuning in. Jah Bless 🙏

(The numbers of this harvest are from a single plant) I ended REAL ORGANIC and let plants dry by themselves on their pots outside the tent and gradually day after day i was picking and selecting dry buds from the branches 2 smoke m all! This particular diary gave me a sense of adventure, and a lot of fun, i´ll always remenber that made my quareentine a lot easier to live, by that time i felt i was prepared even for the end of the times if it comes to that 😂
